- TCTiffani CarterOct 6, 20265.0I had a truly wonderful experience. As my fiance usually handles these matters for me, this was my first time doing it myself, and I would certainly return and recommend this place to others. The staff kept me smiling and laughing throughout the entire visit. They were highly efficient and ensured that everything was thoroughly inspected and replaced wherever necessary.
- BBBigBSep 22, 20265.0Super Professional was busy but got everyone car in and out quickly, will keep going to Valvoline for all my oil changes
- JFJordan FunkSep 21, 20261.0I used to bring all three of our vehicles here because the service was decent and we could usually get in and out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, that has completely changed. I stopped in today and there was only one other vehicle there, yet no one seemed interested in helping. I sat and waited far longer than should have been necessary at a place called “Instant Oil Change.” To make it worse, one of the employees was outside in the parking lot on the phone, yelling at whoever was on the other end. I believe she may have been the manager, although I’m not certain. Either way, it was extremely unprofessional and not something customers should have to listen to while waiting for service. Eventually, I got tired of waiting, backed out, and left without getting the oil changed. I’ve been a repeat customer and brought multiple vehicles here in the past, but after this experience, I’ll be taking our business somewhere else. Very disappointing.
- JBJimmy BoopSep 16, 20261.0Quite literally the worst experience I have had at this location. I was belittled by the manager. She was also belittling her other employees making accusations talking down to people. The attitude was beyond unprofessional. She reprimanded her fellow employees loudly and openly whenever they asked for help or second opinion.! The associates that serviced my vehicle were professional and helpful to my concerns, manager... Opposite. This is also the most I have been charged despite a 20% coupon and I have been coming to this location for years.
- GKGavin KelleySep 13, 20265.0Customer service was excellent! Quick, friendly, extremely helpful…and took care of all of my needs, within minutes. Even made a special trip “across the street” to get a filter that was needed for the oil change, that wasn’t there in stock. I will most definitely be back!
