  I brought my fleet vehicle to this location, where Shavonda is the site manager. Her team performed a service, drained my oil, and sent me on my way without refilling it. The moment I pulled out, the engine started stuttering and knocking heavily. I immediately turned around and pulled back into the bay. As I sat there, I overheard Shavonda say to her coworker, "You didn't put any oil in this mother ******." Even after making that statement internally, Shavonda refused to admit the mistake to me, offering a string of excuses for why my check engine light had come on. When I asked if they had an OBD-II scanner to read the code, she lied directly to my face, claiming they didn't have one—even though two scanners were clearly visible in open toolboxes. I called today an employee stated we read codes all the time. When I scanned the vehicle at home, the code was for the engine oil pressure control circuit. You can't generate oil pressure without any oil!! This location was rushed, sloppy, and willing to risk catastrophic engine failure rather than take accountability. Management set a terrible example by covering up a severe mistake. Avoid this shop at all costs.

  I’ve been coming to this location for three years and have always appreciated the friendly crew and great conversations. Unfortunately, my last visit was a completely different story… Shalonda, one of the techs, started by yelling at me when I had trouble following her confusing hand signals. Once I was pulled in, she asked about my cabin air filter. When I explained that my truck doesn't have one, (something I know for a fact, having owned the vehicle for eight years and being previously ASE certified) she argued with me about it. The frustration continued when checking my tire pressure. She claimed she was setting them to 36psi because "that's what the door says." The door actually specifies 39psi, and my light triggers at 37psi. When I requested it be set to 40, she was visibly annoyed and made a remark to the other tech. The attitude and poor communication during this visit were the worst I’ve ever experienced here. I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning, and go back to doing my own oil changes.

  13 minutes from start to finish. The workers were very friendly and capable. If you don’t want to change your own oil, it’s fantastic. (Of course, know that you can replace your own air filter for less.)

  I was recently had my garage filled because I was in the process. While that was happening, Chad & Aaiden took care of our 2 cars oil changes. They're nice, professional, and straightforward gentlemen. I highly recommend this place for any oil change. They'll also check other filters, lights, and blinkers to let you know if other things need replaced but don't force you to replace them if you don't want.
