  There was a glitch when we requested a date, they gave us another date. I tried to get in contact to say we could not wait that long (keep in mind this was AFTER they too our money) because I was using ride shares to get to work due to a fully busted windshield. I could not get ahold of a real person, tried 3 different numbers and none had an option for a real person. Went to the chat after desperation, they had me scheduled to take my car to a shop an hour and a half away, after saying in the quote they’d come to me. They expected me to drive my car with a tree damaged windshield an hour and a half away. I asked for cancellation and a full refund since no services were rendered and the date of service was 2 weeks away. They do not know when I’ll get my refund so that is now holding up getting my car fixed!!

  They were fast and very professional. Cleaned up the broken glass, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them

  The staff was friendly and competent. Store is clean and comfortable. Windshield replacement was done in the expected amount of time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  I tried getting one of my windows on my vehicle replaced twice by this company. The 1st time I made an appointment online for them to come to my house to replace the window. The day of I got a call from a lady and was told they received my glass but lost it and they had to order another one. 30 minutes later I got another call from a guy stating the glass was not delivered and they were waiting on it. I informed him that I had just talked to his coworker and she told me something different. He replied with “she doesn’t know what she is talking about”. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a little longer for the glass to appear in their shop for my car. Finally I called and told them I wanted a my refund because it was taking too long. I tried one more time after a while and scheduled an appointment online for me to take my vehicle to them instead this time. I drove 1 hr to their shop to be told I don’t have an appointment. This company is crap! Don’t waste your time dealing with them.

  Excellent service and very quick. Was very pleased with the effortlessness on my part. Professional service all around from booking appointment to the install technician. Great company!
