  On May 12th James was supposed to show up from the time of 12-5. I received a message at 9:38 am saying my windshield was being worked on. I left my car with my husband and he check on my vehicle then no work had been preformed. My husband also checked on my vehicle during the times James was supposed to show up. No work had been done. Now my small Crack has turned into a larger one I feel if James would of showed up in time this could of been prevented! I called Safelite at a little after 4pm and talked to a lady which said she had no notes on why no one showed up the lady on the phone also said the person worked out of the Evansville Indiana branch.

  Got a rock chip on my front windshield. Got on the Internet made an on-site appointment with Safelite. Technician came out quickly explained everything and did a wonderful job fixing the chip in my front windshield. Would highly recommend Safelite for anyone that needs glass repair.

  Never showed up, said they called and emailed, never received anything then the secretary hung up on me, yea great service.

  I ordered a new windshield and it took awhile to get it in because they didn't have any in stock. The day of the appointment they told me the wrong windshield was sent. Ordered a new one and it came in broken. Ordered a third time and the wrong one was sent again. Don't know where the in competence is from the person who orders or the warehouse, but they are not doing a very good job. Not a fan!!!

  Representative was amazing and very friendly yet very professional. He called ahead so the vehicle was ready for him and he got right on it. He didn’t rush but kept a steady pace ensuring nothing was damaged by rushing.
