  I went into the dealership and made the appointment personally. The Assistant Service Manager wrote it on his card for me. The day of, they had no record of the appointment. They fit me in at the the time, but I still didn't like the lack of record. Also, their car wash was down, so I didn't get my car washed. A tad expensive.

  The experience was wonderful. Logan Esarey was very informed on the process, very accommodating answering our questions on the Subaru we purchased. Definitely would recommend him to our friends and family when buying a car.

  THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!! Very friendly people...Ethan was very professional and friendly did what I requested without charging a arm and leg and he also found out there was a recall on it! He had it fixed without question this young man deserves a raise or at least person of the month reward.. but anything to recognize his work and kindness..you guys got a good worker there!!! Never let him go!!!! i might have to hire him as my personal mechanic!!!! 😆 🤣 thanks again for all you did and continue to do for others

  My radiator failed at noon on a Saturday while road tripping through the area from out of state. I was able to catch the service department right before closing. While they were not able to get me in for repair that day, the staff was very helpful with options for parts in the area, and got my car in first thing Monday morning, completed the repair, and had me on the road again by lunch. Service writers were very helpful and the technician even found a couple other points and completed other service work while it was in the shop. Great staff all around and their quick turnaround got me home for dinner.

  Zach was the most knowledgeable car salesman we’ve ever experienced. He knew everything about the Forester that we ended up buying after first looking at it 4 weeks prior. He never pressed us and always responded by email with any information we requested. There was never any pressure for upselling add-one. It was a really great experience. We love this Forester. This is how buying a car should be.
