  I have been a customer of Romain Subaru Service for several years having owned two previous Subarus and currently own a Subaru Outback. I’ve rarely had to use the service department other than routine service visits and have always been completely satisfied with the customer service and any work done. Regretfully I have never taken the time before to leave a review but decided to now. I recently had an issue with a tire sensor on my Outback. I worked with Draven from the service department regarding the issue on my last two visits. Draven kept me in the loop every step of the way by communicating with the technicians and relaying information to me. I am 100% satisfied with the work the technician completed and Draven’s attention to the issue.

  From purchasing my 2026 Subaru Outback to getting my parts installed and service done, everything at Romain Subaru has been amazing. Every person I encounter seems happy to be there and happy to help, and they go above and beyond to make sure they you are comfortable while you wait and happy with the work done. I am so happy that I'm now part of the Subaru family, and that I chose Romain to get my first Subaru!!

  My experience at Romaine dealership was excellent. My salesman was Tyler, very courteous, helped me with anything I needed to know about the Crosstrek. He always had a pleasant attitude and a smile to go with it. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle I would recommend you see him.When I was sent to the finance department I met Drew. If you’re like me this part of the process can be time consuming and a lot of pressure put on to buy everything and some things that you don’t need, but Drew explained everything to me in detail. You can be at ease if you meet him he’s there to help you. Romaine Dealership is First Class.

  Service was alright. When I first showed up, I was treated by a very friendly guy. From what I understood, he directed me to the service desk and said the lady inside would assist me further. I had my baby with me in his stroller and the man walked me inside to hold the door open for me. When I went inside up to the ladies station, she completely ignored me and continued working on her computer. Another male was at another station and looked my way to indicate he was asking what I needed. I told him I wasn’t sure if I needed to check in or what. The lady then interrupted and said “(whoever helped me when I first pulled in) already helped me. The gentleman then said, “looks like you’re already checked in” and directed me to the waiting area. I did let them know a mechanical issue I was having with the vehicle as well, and they said a main tech had to look at that and I would need to be scheduled for a different day (I was never scheduled for that). Could I have remembered to ask about it at check out, yes. But being there with a 9 week old baby was stressful enough, and I had already brought it up once. After I arrived in the waiting area, I was then sent a video by the tech asking to replace my cabin air filter for $75. Of course I said no because you can get febreeze scented cabin air filters for $25 online and they’re very easy to replace. After they were done, a lady called me up to take care of my bill. She was extremely passive with me like she had better things to do. I then was handed my keys and headed to the garage. There were 3 employees in the service desk area and no one held the door for me and watched me struggle pulling the stroller through the door with me towards my car. I will say, I am a hugeee fan of their changing table. So props for that! I had a very great experience when purchasing my vehicle so I expected that same “world class” experience when getting my first service done on the vehicle but unfortunately the hospitality didn’t seem to stretch to the service department as much.

  I first talked to our salesman, Taz on the phone. He was very friendly and helpful! Over the phone he was able to find the model, color, equipment and price I was looking for. He was so efficient and courteous that I drove over 90 miles in a severe thunderstorm to purchase the vehicle. Soon after we arrived at the dealership the storm had intensified so much the the tornado sirens wet off twice. While we waited out the storm, he had the vehicle brought inside so we could safely see it. He gave us a complete demonstration of all the features and answered all our questions. He was able to get the price we wanted for our trade-in and we feel he negotiated our best deal on the new vehicle. Dustin was very helpful explaining the paperwork, details and extended warranties to us. We are very happy with our purchase and even enjoyed driving it home in the rain. We love our new Outback!
