  Romain makes shopping for, purchasing and owning a car an enjoyable experience. All of the sales team are friendly and professional. They are helpful in finding the vehicle you truly want. We have purchased four vehicles from Romain and find it difficult to shop for a car anywhere else.

  I had an issue with my thermostat no air-conditioning, etc. Called and got the earliest appointment which was 2 weeks out. Not an issue, that is how car repairs go. Within 30 I got a call from Cole that said "Mr. Faulkner I think I know what the issue is, if you can be here at 8:30am tomorrow I can get you taken care of". Once I arrived Cole informed me there was an issue with the thermostat on my year and model and there would be no charge. I really appreciate Romain and Cole making my issue a priority. I bought my car here and I travel an hour each way because of the level of care I receive. As long as I live in this part of the country Romain Cadillac has my business.
