  We had a great experience at this dealership. The car was exactly as advertised and the process was easy. Our salesman, Micah Mills, did a fantastic job and it felt like we were all on the same team to make the deal. I would definely suggest you give this dealership a chance to earn your business. It is different, in a good way!

  Purchased a new vehicle here a couple years ago and just recently had a service issue with it. Stopped in just a few minutes before the service department closed and was the only customer there. Lauren welcomed me in and scanned vehicle, quickly seeing the reduced engine power issue, taking ownership of the situation from start to finish. The next business day the issue was resolved, a few maintenance things done, and even was able to get a new set of tires installed... all within 24 hours of drop off! Lady with dark hair and glasses (apologize l cant recall your name) and Lauren assisted at pick up. Both provided excellent customer service!! Kudos to them and the Romain Service team for an excellent experience!! 👏

  Personnel very professional and friendly. Checked my car in as soon as I pulled up. Fresh coffee and snack bars were available while I waited in a comfortable clean area. I was asked if I was waiting or needed a ride while my car was being serviced. I received text updates as my car was inspected and serviced. I was there about an hour and 20 minutes. Also, the restroom was spotless. Very good experience. Will definitely go back for my next service.

  Communnications with Romain are terrible! Customers cant call without being put on hold or sent to voice mail. Im still being badgered about buying a vehicle when i had repairs done to my GMC. I would never buy a vehicle there because of customer treatment. Learn what a customer is and value them!! You sell high end vehicles but your communication/phone system is a Nash Rambler.

  Kandace is AMAZING to work with! She actually "gets" you and is so relatable. Highly recommend working with her when you start vehicle shopping when it comes to the salesman. Their financial officer Tiffany is really incredible as well. They want to help you get what you want and have your best interests in mind! She even taught me new things I didn't know I could do that helped me save more money in the end! I'll be coming back here again if I ever need another vehicle!! I love my new Canyon!
