  Usually I don’t have issues, however this time when they did the oil change, they didn’t air up my tires. Did not fill wiper fluid. Probably didn’t do a bunch of other things. They took forever and didn’t even do the job right. They didn’t put the sticker that tells me how what mileage the vehicle was at when they changed it. They didn’t ask if I needed tire rotation. They used to give you a checklist that had comments if needed too. They also used to give you a free oil change after so many. They should not have tried to schedule me that day, they were overbooked.

  Dropped my car off because it was making a rattling noise whenever going over bumps. I showed the technician at the desk a 20 sec video of the sound while driving. I get a call back a few hrs later stating that it was my sway link bar that needed tightened. I thought it was odd because I just had my sway link bars replaced a few weeks prior, but I didn't say anything at the time. When driving home, I heard it again, but was getting ready to go out of town and had it on my list to call as soon as I got back. (took my husbands vehicle for out of town) I called upon returning, they said to bring it back in and they will take another look at it. I asked if they were going to charge me for it since it was not the correct diagnosis the first time. They said yes. I asked to speak to a manager, and left my number, and never received a call back. Turns out it was my right strut that had a bad bearing in it that was causing the rattle. If you don't know what's wrong with something, at least be honest about it. I gave you guys $43 to "tighten up a sway link bar" that wasn't even the issue.

  I want to give a big shout out to Kenny Bailey at the Raben Tire on Pearl Drive, Evansville, IN. He came my elderly mother and I's rescue today by going above and beyond. He is a true gentleman and should be acknowledged for his over the top service to two stranded ladies from out of state. Kudos kudos kudos!

  Spent 1200 for 4 tires and when I got my car they had every tire at 38 psi when my front takes 30 and back 32. And I asked the clerk if they checked it and they said yes. So after paying 1200 dollars I get to go home and work on my tires . . Discount tire has better service. This sucks
