Terrible. I had a rental booked on Sunday, due to all other Enterprise locations being closed on Sunday. Tried to check in online, said my card type was not accepted and if using debit card, check in at counter. At counter they wouldnt accept debit card (even though the App said ot would) without flight itinerary. I dont carry credit cards on me. $25 Uber there, and $28 Uber ride back home and still no rental. Ive been an Enterprise customer for 24 years and that stopped today. There were 2 others at the airport that had the same issue !! Do better for your customers Enterprise as you lost this one.

Worst rental experience I have ever had. From the moment I approached the counter, Abigail was condescending, rude, and unwilling to help. There was an issue with a corporate card, and in the past, other Enterprise locations and rental companies have always helped me work through a solution. I asked about several options that have worked at other Enterprise branches, but each time she simply stared at me and said she could not do that and that it was my problem. When I asked how we could solve the issue, she responded, “This isn’t my problem.” I was shocked to learn that she was the manager. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unlike anything I have experienced at Enterprise before. She also accused me of calling her a name, which did not happen. The entire interaction was bizarre and extremely disappointing. When I asked for her last name, she stated it but refused to spell it. She also refused to provide her supervisor’s name. What made the experience even more frustrating is that I was able to walk to the Avis counter and rent a vehicle with no issues using the exact same card. It is appalling that someone in a management role would treat a customer this way or show such a lack of basic customer service. My local Enterprise branch has amazing, cheerful, and helpful employees, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Abigail should visit that branch to see what excellent customer service looks like. Enterprise can and should do better.

Worst car rental experience I’ve had in my life. Arrived at the counter and wasn’t greeted by either agent. One was with a customer and one was collecting her things and casually tells me she would have assisted me but she had to go pick up her kids. The agent (Nikki) who assisted me asked me if a Nissan Versa was acceptable. Being a larger person I asked if there were any other available vehicles since I had reserved a mid-sized car and Nissan classifies this vehicle as a sub compact. She tells me the only available alternative is a Ford F-150. I said well that’s just ridiculous — the fuel will cost me as much or more than the rental itself (I’m traveling over 800 miles). She provided no other options so I accepted the Versa. She then encourages me to purchase collision protection via Enterprise despite me telling her I had already purchased collision insurance through Expedia (with whom I made the initial reservation). To my utter astonishment she tells me that Expedia’s coverage is garbage and riddled with ridiculous loopholes that will likely leave me without full coverage or coverage at all — then attempts to sell me coverage through Enterprise once more. Finally, I go to pay and she tells me she can’t accept my Visa Debit Card since I have an out of state driver’s license and that no car rental company accepts debit card payment which I know is false because I travel for a living and pay often with my debit card (no issue). To say my experience was sub par would be a gross understatement. I will never ever give my business to Enterprise from this day forward. I will be pursuing further resolution from cooperate to recover cost from the overbilling since I received a sub compact and was billed for a midsize.
