  I was involved in a wreck, car was totaled not my fault. The insurance company gave me approval to get a rental car at Enterprise. I called the Fulton Ave Evansville. IN location. I talked to KENNDEY who seemed nice and trustworthy. Well, I was wrong! I told her I needed a mid-size SUV. .My husband just had knee replacement surgery and I have to take my father in-law to cancer treatments. They both need to get in the vehicle comfortably. She said they didn't have any at the moment. But, they would have a Rogue the next day. So we set it up to get it the next day and set the time. We arrived at the agreeded day and time. I gave the girl at the counter my name and said I was there to pick up a rental. . She said she had this car and that car. I said no we were to get a Rogue. She said I don't have one. What?? I told her I talked with KENNDEY yesterday and she told me there would be one for me. She said I don't have one. I asked where KENNDEY was, of course she was off! Thats why she lied and told me i could get a Rogue. We asked if another Enterprise in town would have one.? She said no this location had the most vehicles. I said I would call my insurance to see what they want me to do. While I was calling the girl came running out to our truck and said someone just turned in a RAV 4. If we could come back in 30 minutes she would personally clean it and we could get it. We agreed to come back. When we came back she had the SUV cleaned and ready for us. If it wasn't for that girl ( I didnt get her name) I dont know what we would have done. Lesson learned.... So what they tell you on the phone does NOT mean what it will be when you drive there. Have a back-up plan.

  I always have a positive outcome when visiting this location. Always a nice selection of vehicles to rent. Friendly staff.

  If you plan on picking a car up make sure you check your tire pressure before pulling off or you will have to stop and fill with air the whole time you have it. Air isn't free at all gas stations. No reimbursement was given.

  I will choose Enterprise every time. They make renting a car easy and fast. Everyone at this location was amazing and knowledgeable and was accommodating to all my needs. No need to go anywhere else. Thank you Enterprise and Thank you ladies for being great at what you do!
