  Made a reservation at 8am went to go pick up the car at 5:30 had to wait almost 30 minutes for the car, I was told it was on its way from Princeton. Interior was badly stained. No floor mats, wasn’t clean, had no option I had to take it, my car was in the shop getting repaired, and I definitely did not want to wait for another vehicle. Only used company because , the man’s insurance company used that hit my car and left the scene had a contract with them.

  The vehicle I rented was clean and in great condition. The pick up and return process was fast and simple once I was actually able to pick up the vehicle. I rented a full size SUV for a 10 day trip for an out of state trip for our daughter's national dance competition. I called with a few different questions in the week before pick up, and the employees were very helpful. Then, my daughter's dance competition schedule got changed a few days prior to our scheduled pick up day, and I ended up needing the rental a day sooner (5/29 instead of 5/30.) I called as soon as I found this out but was told to call back closer to the day we needed it. I then called on the 28th but was told there was absolutely no way I could get a full size SUV a day early as they are "always sold out." I called every Enterprise branch within a 100 mile radius of my location and was told no one had a full size SUV available to pick up on 5/29. This meant we ended up missing one of our daughter's dances. If full size SUVs are in such high demand that they're always sold out, GET MORE OF THEM. Then, the night before we were scheduled to pick up the vehicle, about 15 minutes before the branch was supposed to close, I got a call saying that the SUV we would be getting needed an oil change so they asked if we could pick it up later than our scheduled 9am pick up time. UH, NO! We scheduled 9am because we need it as early as possible, and you guys know we actually needed it a day earlier! The manager sounded annoyed that he couldn't push back our time and said he would get the oil changed tonight and then said "I guess I'll come in early to get it cleaned up. I hope it's not too dirty or it might be a little after 9." The Tahoe was great once we got it, and overall the customer service was good, but the fact that the full size inventory is so limited is absurd. You're a multi-million dollar company, buy more of the things that are in high demand.
