  This is a business, but the second you step in the building you'll feel like its a family. Not just any family, a family that's makes sure you're in a safe vehicle. I felt like my dad and my brothers working on my car. It's safe and clean. They are so kind and welcoming. I don't think I can take my vehicle anywhere else. I pray Tuffy Elkhart stays open til I no longer need a vehicle. God bless. Amazing place and phenomenal people. My kind of space.

  Was looking to get the flex pipe replaced on our explorer. Called Tuffy on a Saturday and they were able to work me in. The guys were awesome, the price was great and now my explorer doesn’t sound like a moped!

  Really happy with the Service drop car off at 2 got a call back at 3 replaced my flex hose to my muffler!!! Which dealerships do not fix thank so much for fixing this for me

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I cannot say enough good things about Tuffy Tire & Auto Service in Elkhart, Indiana! I was three hours from home when my vehicle broke down because of an alternator malfunction. To make matters even more stressful, my car had to be towed there on a Sunday night (August 2, 2026). From the very first phone call Monday morning, I knew I was in good hands! 🤗 Troy answered the phone with his cheerful, positive “Having a Great Day at Tuffy, How can we help you!” signature greeting, and honestly, that little bit of positivity meant so much to me in what was otherwise a very stressful situation. The service I received was absolutely top-notch. They communicated with me throughout the entire process (even with pictures), kept me informed, and had me back up and running in no time. When you're stranded far from home, that kind of communication, kindness, and efficiency means everything. I couldn't have asked for better service. I also want to give a HUGE shout-out to J&M Towing, who recommended Tuffy to me. She told me that Tuffy is where they take their own vehicles, and that recommendation gave me confidence when I really needed it. I am so grateful she pointed me in their direction! And then came another great surprise: I learned that because I had the work done at Tuffy, the stellar warranty follows the repair to other Tuffy locations, including other locations near me. That was such great news and gave me even more peace of mind. From the professionalism and communication to the kindness and speed of the repair, Tuffy Tire & Auto Service in Elkhart truly went above and beyond. If you're looking for a shop you can trust—especially when you're in a difficult situation and far from home—I would highly recommend Tuffy in Elkhart! Thank you to the entire team for turning a stressful breakdown into an experience where I genuinely felt taken care of. You guys were amazing! 🙌🔧❤️
