Two horrible experiences in one day! Called Enterprise customer service because the vehicle rented (a truck) was not available even though the reservation was made the 9th. Customer Service said they had a truck on Elkhart if I was willing to drive there. I was reluctant but she assured me it would be ready at 2. Big surprise no truck available. It’s not just not having the rental you want or may even need. It’s the way you concerns are dismissed, they don’t care the messed up your day, your trip you have planned or the reason you requested that vehicle. You know you are in trouble when they start with “how flexible are you”? Update: Drew did nothing for me. Still haven’t received promised call. Terrible service

I had a great experience with William and the employees at the Elkhart Enterprise location. First, they upgraded my vehicle size to accommodate for my severe back pain. I also had issues with the dealerships return time frame that resulted in me having to return the vehicle slightly past deadline. I mentioned the dealerships strict short notice return is what made me late and William made sure to do everything he could to avoid any excessive late fees. I had a stressful morning walking in, and left with a smile of my face due to the friendliness and exceptional service i received from William.

London helped me and was really kind. They didn’t have much availability for the type of vehicle I needed and she took care of it promptly and beneficially to me. Thank you!
