  I went to Avis first and they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me get a vehicle! But I then chose to go with enterprise rental and they came through for me with no hassle or problems, I would recommend enterprise rental to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!!

  Love this place. Michigan street location is my go to. Very awesome, helpful, people that make the process so easy. I had to use them for a rental thru my insurance and had no problems.

  My Rental got impounded for a reason when I go to pick up my property they barely give me anything out of my vehicle. I’m missing more than half of the things I had in the vehicle. You guys will be hearing from my lawyer, you or the tow yard Both of you actually. I had an $800 pair of retro 11s all grey my brand-new clothes my cooler yall only gave me back my dirty clothes Plus, my credit cards I had about $40 cash a bunch of changes all my receipts from traveling that I needed to add up to see how much I spend while I was gone for 2 weeks.What else my brand-new two bottles of cologne my MK WATCH rose gold my bullet mug that I had for about 5 years. Y’all even took my coffee and my creamer that I had in the trunk I didn’t want to give you a star, but I have to too post and I called two times this week before I go to pick up my property a lady name Casey, I think was her name but she wasn’t there today August 1st She was so nice on the phone. I wish she was there because she said all my property was there. And I had to drive for three hours to pick up my property so you wasted my day. I had to take a day off by the time I got back home. It was freaking eight hour road trip. So I don't know where the rest of my things are at either from.When enterprise picked up from the tow yard , or whoever towed the vehicle, I just would like my things back.That's all I didn't think this would happen , especially with a big company like enterprise
