  This location is a joke. They sweet talk you into buying from their CW Direct cause they can get you a better deal. All that we are close to the manufacturer and crap. But once they sell you the camper,they write you off and forget about you. We got our camper end of summer 2025 and a year late the BRAND NEW camper is falling apart. The slide out floor is coming down from the wall, the awning is leaking hwere it connects to the camper, the exhaust fan above kitchen area wasnt instead right. the cabinet doors are bowed and dont shut right, piece of trim was cut too short in the shower, another piece of trim wasnt cut short enough. Bottom bunk bed 2x2 they used snapped in half. The sales lady said GO NEW,you'll get a warranty and not all the problems you do with buying used. ONLY YEAR OLD AND FALLING APART.. I been calling them for months and they always say they will have someone call me, or they are in a meeting. NO ONE EVER CALLS. Once you leave with your camper,they ignore you at CW Direct.. They hope you'll stop calling and that your warranty will run out so they can say its too late to help.. So do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.. its funny after reading all the bad reviews,the owner is always saying they are sorry and that they eill look into things, but Apparently thats a lie, cause then the bad reviews wouldn't keep coming in if they had addressed them and fixed the issues... So the owner dont care, he or she is just putting that out their so others think they actually care. But READ BETWEEN THE LINES PEOPLE...

  Please do not buy a Thor product from these people. Rust (severe on the frame)on my 2025 motor coach Lippert water heater went bad. Lippert did not stand behind their 2 year warranty.

  Great experience! I drove up from Georgia to get a great deal saving thousands $!!! Sales: Pete was my salesman. Great guy! We talked by phone before I came up. He answered all my questions and helped me decide on a model. Finance: Ethan was my finance guy. Nice young man, patient, easy to work with, answered a bunch of questions for me, gave me options and completed the deal. Service Tech: Robert Fuller was absolutely awesome! Checked and cleaned everything before I got there, had water and power hooked up for testing. Gave me an in depth tour of the RV and went over and beyond. Demonstrated trailer connecting and gave very helpful advice. He answered all of my questions, helped me hook up and check the lights. Very knowledgeable man! He was the super star of the whole process! Give him a big raise and a promotion, you don’t want to lose this guy! Honestly, I don’t relate to other negative posts. The process takes a long time to cover all the bases. Plan half a day and be patient. Go during the week when it’s a little quieter.

  We were next door at campground July 15th with our 5th wheel for a week and one rooftop AC unit broken off a fan blade. Called and they said they could order part, 3-5 day shipping. Great, I get AC back on! OK, we were going to be there about that long. Never got a call back that parts were in. We left and went to our next destination. I called in and they said no parts yet but we'll call when they come in. Never called. Called every week until they finally came in around 7/28. They said they could ship to my house with 2-day FEDEX. OK, that works as we'll be back home for the delivery. They did not get parts in mail until 8/1. Then 2 business day delivery and parts will sit on my front porch for 2-3 months because we won't be there anymore. What a poor experience with these folks. And I'm having to deal with no AC in bedroom of RV in July-August summer heat. Beware!
