  Had a tire with a screw in it go flat. Put my spare on, got the flat to Belle tire, and they patched it and put it on the car for free since I'm in their advantage plan. My wife was excited that we didn't have to pay for it.

  Checked the website and it said they had a set of tires available that fit my car for 94 each. I called to set up a time to come in and the guy I talked to on the phone said all they had available was a set of tires that run at 226 each. Why does the website say they had other cheaper tires in stock and then I am told no they only have the more expensive ones. I ended up just going to their competitor because they at least didn't try to up sale me tires.

  I dropped my mom's Jeep off over here the other day. I told them it sounded like a strut needed replaced but I was not sure. I explained to them the sound I was hearing on the drive in and asked if they would take a look at it. They hustled my 60+ year old mom into $2,700 worth of work. She has no idea what car parts do what. She believed the advisor that this would solve her issues. We picked the Jeep up yesterday and two tires they charged her for were not installed. Tires were probably 40% worn, so why she was talked to about tires on a strut job is beyond me. She had to wait for a bay to open up so they could do the work they told us was completed. We had to drop it back off today because the reason for dropping it off the first time had not been resolved. Now they tell her they need to fix the part I suggested originally for an additional $900. I begged my mom to take her Jeep here because they had been more than fair with us in the past. Huge mistake.

  I had an appointment this morning to have 4 new tires put on. I was brought in, ON TIME. While I waited,I had the opportunity to learn about a myriad of other services from the manager,Micah. Micah made the experience. Period. He is smart, gracious and knows his profession well enough to explain without being condescending or pushy. You want it or you don't. I love that kind of salesmanship.

  Paid for 1 year alignment and protection plan. They didn't tell me anything wrong and did alignment anyways. I came in with car not pulling, left with wheel to right and pulls to left. Called them immediately and hung up on, drove back and they didn't even take it back inside, first said it was my tires, and would look at it any ways "maybe am adjustment moved or the tech didn't have on rack right before final measure" and then handed a quote for $1300 for new struts and told me won't realign until installed. Didn't even put back on the rack. I paid for an extended coverage "1 year of unlimited coverage" and won't even just look at it from first service. Even if this is true, should have told me was a problem before aligning, and shouldn't have charged for extended alignment that won't honor. This is second time issue with them. I won't be back If they won't make this right.
