  I purchased new rims from Belle. They gave me the best price. The customer service is top notch, and they always seem to do a little something extra. I'm a fan.

  They’re so stinking slow they take advantage of all your time. They just goof around and mess around. They said they’ll be able to get it first thing. It went an hour and a half till they ever pulled the truck in the shop and the truck was sitting in there another 45 minutes till they ever got started on working on it. They absolutely suck.

  Man it’s some real good people in this world man. I don’t really want to go into detail but the manager or owner Nicholas here really helped me out at a point I didn’t have any answers. I recommend anybody that need new tires come here. As soon as I get my stuff together I’m definitely getting a 4 set from here.

  Came to the Elkhart Cassopolis Street store and was treated rudely. The store manager’s customer service was horrible and the way he spoke to me in a manner where he appeared to be degrading by saying I’m not going to give you free tires as if I was incapable of affording to purchase the tires when he was wrong ! I have an entire video of my experience and would appreciate being treated fairly for the amount of money I paid purchasing 4 new tires ! I wouldn’t refer anybody to this place to be treated rudely !

  I am an existing Belle Tire customer and new to the Elkhart area, so this was my first time at this location. Scott Evans demonstrated excellent customer service and exceeded my expectations. Not only did he excel on the front end, he was also active in the shop assisting his coworkers when no customers were waiting to be helped. Also involved were Mason, Riley, Tiana, and Alston. They even went the extra mile to ensure my spare tire, and all of my tools in the trunk were sorted back in the correct position. I will be back.
