  So disappointed! I got 2 flats during an inspection I had up here (3hrs from my house) so my manager called and told her as long as we make it to the shop by 5 they can take care of us and get us back on the road. I got there at 4:54 and was told I have to leave it with them, which was not an option. Why would you tell us one thing on the phone and another when I'm hobbling in on 2 flat tires?? So unprofessional. Im talking about Steve who was too concerned with personal issues rather than delivering on their word. Thank goodness for BEST ONE across the street for getting me taken care of!

  My husband went to Belle Tire for a simple oil change and to have a faulty headlight wire replaced. He had already tried replacing the wire himself several times, but the headlight still would not work. Belle Tire insisted that a diagnostic was necessary and quoted him approximately $200 for the entire service. Although reluctant, he agreed based on that price. A few hours later, they told him that he needed new brakes and several other repairs he had never asked them to inspect. Even worse, the quoted $200 had somehow become a $500 bill. My husband refused to pay an amount he had not authorized. After a lengthy discussion with the manager, it became clear that there had been internal miscommunication and that the wrong diagnostic had been performed. They eventually honored the original quote—but it was still the most expensive oil change we have ever experienced, and we left without an answer as to why the headlight wiring was not working. I had planned to bring my own vehicle to Belle Tire for brake work, but those plans have changed. Consumers have access to far more information than they once did. Many of us research repairs, compare prices, and attempt simpler fixes ourselves before visiting a shop. We expect clear explanations, accurate estimates, and authorization before additional charges are incurred. I also recently contacted Belle Tire for pricing on tires recommended by my dealership. Their price was considerably higher than Tire Rack’s—even with Tire Rack’s $150 mobile installation service performed at my home. Belle Tire may advertise free air and tire rotations, but our experience left us feeling that those offers were simply a way to get customers through the door before recommending costly additional services. Whether that was their intention or not, the lack of clear communication and the unauthorized increase in price destroyed our trust. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Bye-bye, Belle. That $271.70 is the last amount of money you will ever get from us. Even the dealerships are cheaper than you now!

  I cannot recommend this Belle Tire enough!!!! The staff were so kind and helpful and even though I was a walk-in, they saw to me immediately. So impressed with their service and level of automotive care. 10/10 would recommend I will definitely be returning in the future!

  Called ahead on my break at work before heading over to make sure I could get my two front tires replaced before going out of state. Gentleman on the phone assured me they'd be able todo it and I could come in. When I arrived I was told they couldn't do it because they already had appointments scheduled for the afternoon but they could do it tomorrow morning instead. Gentleman at the counter confirmed I could have made an appointment over the phone but not the same day. Very frustrating first and last experience. Very thankful that Montieth was right across the street and was able to squeeze me in even though I came in 15 minutes before they closed.
