Always polite, highly knowledgeable, and finished the job incredibly fast. Another thing I love about this place is that they don't try to upsell you on unnecessary services. They genuinely care about helping you out rather than seeing you as just another paying customer. It's rare to find this level of customer care these days.

He was excellent from start to finish—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the maintenance services recommended for my current mileage without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend both Brad and this service department!

I witnessed Brad tell the customer next to me her reverse light was out and when he went to change it he noticed the bulb was simply unplugged. Instead of trying to make a few bucks he told the old lady he fixed it without cost and her housing was just unplugged!! WE LOVE HONEST MEN!!!! Give these guys a raise!!!
