  I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say the service I received from Fieldhouse CDJR was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the first phone call through the final paperwork, my salesman, Dave Carroll, was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and fair. Every question I had was answered honestly, and I never felt pressured or misled. What really stood out was the complete lack of the typical dealership games I had experienced elsewhere. There were no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises, and no bait-and-switch tactics. Everything was exactly as represented from the beginning. This is exactly what the car-buying process should be like—simple, transparent, and stress-free.   If I could give them 10 stars I would. The quality of my vehicle, customer service, and level of professionalism is second to none. Dave was able to provide me with a great warranty. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

  My wife's car blew the motor and we needed to make a decision quickly about another car for her. We stopped in at about 5:00-5:30 pm and wanted to look at used Pacificas.Owen was right there to help us and he was friendly,courteous and explained everything well. We test drove the one that had all the features we wanted and then we talked about it some more in his office.He was low pressure which I appreciate very much. We decided to buy it and it was about 10 minutes to closing but he said " no problem" and stayed to finish the whole process so we could leave with her new car right away. I've always appreciated the way Fieldhouse does business and Owen was true to the "Fieldhouse way" of doing it. Doug Mulder

  Called for a part number and was refused part numbers because they said that they don't work for free! By the way I'm a Ford employee. Would never go to these people! Guess where I'm not going to buy the wife's next car. And just were all on the same page that was absolutely for nothing cuz it took me about five extra minutes to get on fordpartsgiant.com and get it myself. So you just lost a customer for nothing. Cost was $59 vs your $68 and I can return them if I don't use all the feed tube seals on the crappy transmission you guys built that I'm already replacing the valve body under 100,000 mi on! Do you see the irony in that! You refuse to give me a part number on a transmission that doesn't work that you sold me! Good riddance

  Let me start out with anytime I have went to a dealership you get swarmed by employees trying to force a sale on you. I usually go look at cars after hours because I want to be left alone. Lol So my husband and I went to look at a car just to see the color during business hours and we were expecting to get swarmed by people. But to our surprise we did not. A gentleman walked out with a big smile asked if he could help with anything we said no just looking and he said okay if you need anything let me know I will be inside, and walked away. It was kind of a breath of fresh air. We new what we wanted but was just looking. We ended up going in to look at a couple he got us set up to test drive a car we talked a little but was not sold on the one we looked at so we looked at another and said let us think on it we need to see the value of our truck and just kind of talked about it. Well this gentleman took my husband number and was super nice and was NOT pushy at all. We planned to look at another car at a different dealership but decided we want to go local. My husband brought our truck they worked a deal out we told our salesman what we wanted and he got all the paper work done for us. When we showed up to the dealership our sales man Neil was just sitting in his office we did all the paper work he had our beauty ready and explained all the car to us and all the new things with it and we were off. Honestly I appreciate Neil. He was super nice, he did not "push", or "force", a car on us just to make a sale he understood what we were looking for and we were in and out within a half hour. I love dodge service department and they definitely just found a new customer with their salesman. If you are looking for a vehicle I 100 percent recommend you using Neil. Thank you fieldhouse for doing something other dealerships do not understand and not pushing the salesman to force sales on people.
