  I took my car in to the Winfield location today primarily to address a bad vibration and thumping noise in the front right end. Nikki was very thorough in her explanation as to what would be checked and the steps that would be taken to getting it fixed. I received the results of the full inspection, along with videos showing me what was going on with my tires and brake fluid. There was absolutely no pressure for me to approve any of the services that were recommended. The associates at this location were not only polite and friendly, but extremely trustworthy. This was my first time coming here and after my experience today, I will be coming here for all of my future service needs.

  Had both a battery and alternator replaced. Fair price, great service. The communication, especially from John and Nikki, was outstanding.

  Be sure to thoroughly discuss the repairs they plan to do. Had a handful of good experiences with Levin for both my cars. My girlfriend had great experiences with her cars. I felt I found a reliable honest shop in NWI finally. Brought my 2018 Challenger in for condensation in a head light and one headlight completely out. Turns out a lens was missing from my one headlight that they noted but failed to mention because "some people like the cars that way". Long story short got sold a head light bulb and ballast for an HID light (not cheap) that didn't need to get replaced. Condensation issue and missing lens was never addressed. Shame on me for being busy and thinking I could trust the shop. Thought I was getting head light assemblies and not just bulbs and ballasts (especially when one side was working perfectly fine but was missing a lens and condensating). Either way. I gave the manager the opportunity to do the right thing but the smirk and "you approved it" was enough for me to walk out. There are 4 cars that will never return to any Levin. Going back to Randy's automotive in Homer Glen, IL where it's tough for me to get to and repairs may take a bit but the wait for a proper and honest repair is worth it. Shops that have a large back log like that are proof of high quality honest work. Done thinking I could get a quick honest turn around. And please don't reply with some we're sorry for your experience. I literally told your manager at Winfield I would give him the chance to do the right thing and got laughed at.

  I had a great experience here. I feel they were very thorough looking at all the details of my vehicle. I loved how they take pictures of everything they check. I had some dirty filters that need some attention. I changed them myself after I picked up my jeep. The people at the desk were friendly and very helpful. Thanks for a great experience!
