Great experience here as always! The tire prices were very reasonable, and I was also impressed with the cost of the oil change. Julian and Steve were both extremely transparent, helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciated the great customer service and fair pricing. I’ll definitely be back!

These people should be ashamed of themselves. I may be naive about car mechanics, but I am generally not stupid. I needed my tire patched and oil change done, they completed it without issue. Then, over the next 10 days, a puddle formed in my garage. I wasn't sure what was happening, but no lights came on the dash, no weird noises were heard, and I work every day. Then, a clunking sound appeared. I brought my vehicle here and showed a video of the sound to their "Master Mechanic," who called it the 'Toyota clunk of death.' They told me how sorry they were but it would be $2,600 for the labor and part. I had my vehicle towed to my friend's mechanic, who told me nothing was leaking from the rear, which is the part of the vehicle the 'replacement' needed to go. The new mechanic only tightened a plug after he visualized the entire underside of the vehicle and scoped out under the hood. Magically, after I informed these people my car would be towed to a new shop, the 'Toyota clunk of death' disappeared.

My tire had a nail in it and was leaking air. The Levin Tire team fixed it super quickly, and the repair is permanent. Very glad I found this place!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I was coming home from a job interview and I got an alert that my pressure was low in my left front tire. I stopped and saw a nail in my tire. I pulled in about five minutes before closing time. The staff was so kind. They took great care of me, repaired my tire and had me on my way home in about 10 minutes. No complaints about it being near closing, just amazing, kind, and courteous treatment. I was blown away by the staff. They even wished me luck on the job interview I had just come from. If you are in need of service, I can not recommend them highly enough. They COMPLETELY made my day. I will be a customer there for life and will tell anyone who will listen to me. Well done, team!!!
