  I've been renting vehicles here at this location for about 10 years, 3-4 times a year, not ridiculous but enough business in my opinion to say I was loyal. I went to rent a month ago and had issues with the rental missing parts on exterior and interior and havings rips in seats. New male manager without business card yet, gets attitude because I ask for a different vehicle. We go at it alittle bit back and forth verbally and he says I need to stop bitching about the condition on the vehicle when I'm not even using my own money(mind you banter before i mentioned i might be reimbursed for rental) So, we go back and forth both shifty attitudes at this point and he says he doesn't have any other in that class. So I say I want to upgrade and since I'M the ONE paying, I would like to pay to upgrade. At this point he says he's refusing to rent to me. I started recording outside at the first sign of hostility. So I tell him give me your name and card and show him I've been recording and am going to make a complaint.(Indiana is a one party state and no where does it say you can't record on enterprise properties) We call each other names a couple times and I leave, making my mind up that I'll never return to this location. Go down the street to the next enterprise rent no problems. This Saturday go to a different location rent no problems. Today I go to another location( reservation made and check-ins complete all times mind you) go through the whole process sign everything checking car and notice dog hair all over. Ask the lady is they have anything else due to the dog hair, she says not in this class, so I voice I want to upgrade. She leaves comes back and says she's not renting to me. At this point I notice this lady was at the other location(this location I'm reviewing) when me and buddy had our thing. The manager here tells me they have a do not rent because I secretly recorded the manager at this branch. Ok, Ok. Ok bet it's now 6pm and I can not rent from anywhere around because everyone is closed. So now I'm gonna be late picking up my kid from a camp because I have to rent in the morning( Definitely won't be at enterprise!!!) I walked away from this location with out filing a complaint or posting the video of buddy thinking he's tuff. Cause whatever water under the bridge....But now...now you can be sure I'm complaining. Already called corporate. That video yeah that shits going everywhere now. Enterprise wants to apologize for this and fire the 2 employees or at least the dude, we can talk. P.S. the other location today was Schererville Indiana Added alittle snippet of the video for your viewing pleasure

  Cars trunk smelt badly, overall car itself was not very clean. They did not add our plus which would have gave us a discount & added points to our account. We specifically asked Alexander to add our account. The trunk smell made all our belongings smell and the heat do not mix. We put our trust in this location as it’s not our usual go to and further out than where we live and made us realize we should have went to a different location.

  The team members at enterprise are exceptional people! My wife and I were very pleased not only with the Chrysler Pacifica that we had rented, but the very professional and helpful members that helped guide us through the renting process. Kayden was very professional and personable in guiding us through the van as well as the offers for valuable opportunities whilst renting. Caroline was extremely helpful with the issue regarding an unanticipated toll. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great helpful team as well as very nice vehicles to choose from to rent. God bless

  I came in there because my 2025 Honda Civic sport was totaled in an accident and I was informed I had the option of a Hyundai sonata or a 2027 BMW 430i drop top convertible and I proceeded to ask which one was fully covered by my insurance and I was told both were so I didn't hesitate to take the BMW and it was badass to say the least. Thank you for making that available to me Enterprise as it gave me an opportunity to drive a car I'll never be able to afford unless I hit the lotto.🙃🫡 Beyond that the Enterprise rental car location in Crown Point is by far the best rental car option available in Northwest Indiana as far as I'm concerned. And for any businesses who have lost their way when it comes to putting the customer first and customer service in general I strongly would advise those businesses to look at Enterprise rental car in Crown Point and follow whatever business model they follow and maybe learn something from them as they're sincerely one of the handful of businesses still around in the "Region" that treats their customers with the loyalty and respect they deserve.

  i rented a car from enterprise rent a car in crown point indiana and was never told the 20 dollar a day fee was optional if you have full coverage. both manager and assistant manager refuse refund stating i had know it was optional. please becareful when renting from this location as it seems they are running a money grab operation. extreamly disappointed in this branch and them threating to repossesse the vehical i was in if i didn’t pay.
