  Nothing personal against this particular branch as I’m writing in response to a corporate/phone level experience. Apparently, despite having money to spend on a car rental, at an age that more than qualifies, with a clean driving record, I’m required to use a credit card and not a debit card … because my home address is from a different state. This is a moral failure on their part.

  This place was the most depressing place to rent a car. After I talk to them personally and they said they could get me what I needed so I reserved it months in advance and I called them 4 days before we had to leave for vacation they told me they could get that vehicle and wasn't even going to call us to let us know that sothat we could have made some changes. I will never go through enterprise again. Poor customer service.

  Hard for me to say...I have had three rental reservations and all three have been cancelled by Enterprise. This last one was even confirmed the day before and then received notice the day of that it could not be filled. Jerry Seinfeld: "You know how to TAKE the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation. Yep.
