  I have used this location for personal use and for customers at my place of work. Their customer service, timely delivery, and making arrangements to make their customer's schedules align for pickup and drop off is top tier. They have continuously gone out of their way to find vehicle's for our customer's on some of the busiest weekends. My personal experience with them has been nothing but amazing. They are always on top of everything and communication is always clear. I recommend them to anyone I know that needs a rental.

  We were scheduled to pickup a vehicle at 8 o'clock this morning and were called 15 minutes prior that they had nothing for us. They said they were hoping to have something by 9 AM. I called at 8:30 to check for any updates and they still had not heard anything. Then at that point I called any other location I could find and they could not help. The New Albany location wanted to charge me DOUBLE. I then spoke with Corydon AGAIN a little after 10 and they proceeded with not having anything. At that point we are behind schedule for our vacation. We finally were able to get a rental through another business several hours later. This has completely derailed our vacation and arrival times and really ruined our trip!! Not to mention this is the SECOND time this had happened to us at this location!! We will not plan to use them again!!
