  When you bought a new tire at Tire Barn last month and your saving back for next 3 you pull up and ask to have air put in your tire he replied I will have to charge you $40 a dollar service charge I said $40 dollars for air I said after purchasing a tire from you all last month then he said no he wouldn't charge me $40 dollars then I said forget it I'll take my business where they will not charge $ 40 dollars for air so I came to discount tires and I was in tears I said do you charge for air I explained to a very nice man and showed him the receipt I had from tire barn and he said I'm so sorry you had to experience that he is able to roll insurance over on that tire I just bought a month ago from tire barn to discount tires and he gave me a great deal for my next 3 tires with insurance on them all I had to buy tire number 2 now the one needing air was no good to dangerously old 😭 now 2 more to go but may the Lord bless this man I'm so thankful for this moment please anyone who needs tires come to discount tires they all are so respectful understanding and how they blessed me today them tears I was crying 😢 turned into joy thank you discount tires very special man that helped me I'm forever thankful for you God bless you sir

  Walked in and no one greeted me. I was the only customer in the building. Front desk guy was very dismissive and rude. The mechanic who did my tire was very friendly. Won’t be going back

  I don't know what happened to this place, but it's not a friendly place to go anymore. Bought several full sets of tires here in the past. Called the number on the paperwork and scheduled per the operator option one as the machine advised. Schedule my rotation and balance on my $1100 tire set complete with all the extra coverage. Guy was mad at me from the beginning for not pressing option three I guess when option one says schedule appointment. Asked them to set my tires at 33 psi before rotating and balancing. Came back and said they had no pressure gauges - a tire place - and they would try to get them close. I told them I had a gauge in my middle console. Got my car back. All four tires set at different psi. Said he told me. I said I advised I had a gauge. He said he wouldn't use my gauge - after the fact. And that it didn't make "so much" of a difference. Online it clearly states proper to set psi first or risk rumble when you correct the psi He gave me more attitude saying my service was free...I paid in advance for this service when buying the $1100 tires. Again, I have bought a minimum 3 max 5 sets of tires from this place for me and my mom. Just was mean and nasty, tried to make me feel like the bad guy. I've been a good and very loyal customer. Wish they would be nicer and more professional. He said he asked corporate or whatever for a gauge a week ago ..how was I involved in that. They just were unprepared for an easy job and tried to make me feel bad. Hopefully this is a one time only thing.

  Had to grab just one trailer tire. Two guys at the front desk were prompt and had the tire paid for and in the truck less than 5 minutes! Both guys were fellow veterans and genuinely friendly and even loaded the tire in the truck for me. Definitely be back again!
