After my Toyota Sequoia was rear-ended on Lowell Road, I was dreading the whole ordeal — the repairs, the waiting, the phone tag. Anita and her crew turned what could have been a miserable few weeks into one of the smoothest service experiences I've ever had, with any business, in any industry. Anita is simply outstanding. From the very first conversation she was warm, patient, and completely transparent about what needed to happen and how long it would take. She answered every question thoroughly and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. That kind of customer care is rare, and it clearly sets the tone for the entire shop. The communication was exceptional throughout. I received timely updates at every stage, and they provide an online repair progress dashboard so I could check exactly where my Sequoia stood at any moment. I never had to call and ask, never had to wonder, never had to chase anyone down. Every single business that keeps customers waiting should take notes. And the work itself? Flawless. The crew's craftsmanship is top notch — the repair is seamless, the paint match is perfect, and the Sequoia came back looking every bit as good as it did before the accident.
