  DO NOT TRUST these people, i was in there yesterday getting my tires done, and "joe" and his technicians saw that there was a battery alert on my car, so they went into my engine bay without telling me that they were going to do this at all, and started taking the battery housing apart... i happened to be watching when one tech come over to my car and fiddle with the cover and then just threw it onto the engine bay, they seemingly do not know what they are doing with european cars because they completely left the positive terminal cover for the battery just hanging near the coolant. they will go into your car, take it apart, and they dont know how to put it back together properly. i looked in my bay yesterday to see if it was all fine, seemed fine to me but the red cover being where it was seemed a little off to me but i didnt pay it any mind because im not a mechanic and they seem to think youre an easily scammable schmuck if youre not a mechanic, the only reason i knew for sure is because i went to autozone and got a new battery (for more than half of the price of the AGM battery belle tire quoted me) and put it in myself.

  Stopped because I had a tire blowout on the side of the highway. I have had the tires for five months. Got all four replaced at the same time. The technician told me that the Westlake tires were just really bad quality tires. I don’t disagree with this. What was frustrating was that I just went to Belle tire on May 8 (in Indianapolis) less than 2 1/2 weeks ago. All four tires were rotated, balanced, inspected, and one of them was found to have a nail and was replaced. The technician stated that because of this, the damage to the tire was no longer under warranty and must have happened between May 8 and present day. Assuming that other technician did his job correctly. After leaving, my alignment is still completely off. My car is really wobbly, and I don’t trust that the other tires on my car will get me safely to and from my destination. Having a bad product is one thing but having technicians that don’t follow the safety protocols necessary is another. First and last experience with Belle tire I will be spending the money upfront next time and just getting them done at Costco. Quality and service I can trust.

  Dave and the entire crew here are absolutely amazing. My wheel hub was cracked, and not only did they happily help me out, they went above and beyond. To make things easy and affordable for me they are letting me borrow a wheel until I could get the car over to collision to get repaired. Actions like this prove that they are trustworthy and need to be used for any of your needs. Thank you everybody!
