  The guys are very informative and explanatory on what they were doing. They showed me my cabin air filter and then asked if I wanted to replace it instead of saying oh well you need this. I will definitely come back! 😁

  The employees at this location were great! They let me know of maintenance that needed done but did not pressure me when I told them no. I will definitely be back to this location!

  Came in for a oil change, Kevin G the MOD and assistant Manager was extremely helpful and professional. Kevin G walked me through all of the services they provide other then oil changes, kevin recommend a tire rotation, cabin air filter, and engine air filter. When kevin showed me my engine air filter it was extremely dirty and it looked like mice have been chewing on it for awhile he explained how my filter could cause air flow to my engine and I told him to replace it. Then he proceeded to the inside of my car and pulled out my cabin air filter that too was extremely dirty and had a mouse nest!!! In it so I had him replace it. Kevin then explained how a tire rotation can help save my tire tread life. I told kevin I would be back for a front rear and transfer case service later in the week. I offered to give kevin a tip but he politely said no. I hope this review will account for a tip or congratulations for kevin g. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!! Again thank you Kevin G for making my first time at a new place extremely awesome and amazing

  The team could have provided a better experience by completing a thorough final inspection and ensuring that all components were properly secured before releasing my vehicle. The oil cap was not correctly secured after the oil change, which caused oil to leak onto both my driveway and my parents’ driveway. This failure could have led to a much more serious issue, including low oil pressure and potential engine damage. Oil also sprayed across the exterior of the engine and stained the underside of the hood. A basic check of the oil cap before completing the service would have prevented the entire situation. I expect greater attention to detail, especially when a missed step can result in vehicle damage and safety concerns.
