  I needed an oil change right before closing and Walmart turned me away at the last minute. Valvoline Columbia City took me in with no problem! The team was super professional, friendly, and efficient. They got it done quickly and explained everything clearly. Great service and a lifesaver when others couldn’t help. Highly recommend! 👍

  Went in tonight to get an oil change after work. I love the convenience of it along with the hours! The guys were very friendly told me what they were doing and showed me along the way. It was fast, convenient and friendly service. Very impressed. Thank you!!

  Did a great job serviced the truck well and made sure they showed me everything they was doing and if I was ok with it over all very pleased

  Service was friendly, but they wiped my hood with a greasy rag when they were finished. It left behind a smear of oil and I can’t imagine it was amazing for my paint. They also did not offer to reset my maintenance minder. One of the employees wasn’t wearing a uniform, which wasn’t confidence inspiring either. Take 5, which is right across the street, is a much better experience.
