  TW Auto Repair & Tire Services was a disappointing experience, and honestly I should have trusted my gut after the first visit. The first time I brought in my mom’s car, I later found out from another mechanic that I had been overcharged. The second visit confirmed it. I was in a time crunch, so I gave them another shot. I ended up waiting over an hour just to be charged $150 for a brake bleed. After that, I was told I had a bad caliper and was quoted nearly $800 to fix it—with no guarantee that it would even solve the problem. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on rotors, pads, and additional work that didn’t seem necessary. What really pushed me away was the attitude. The service felt rude and smug, like they were more interested in squeezing money out of the situation than actually helping fix the issue. I decided to leave and get a second opinion, and I’m glad I did. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I would recommend Morton’s Tire & Repair fixed the issue I went for 265. Then pulled it back in to look at another concern I had fixed that as well for no charge!

  Great customer service, super friendly staff, and they were v quick working on my tire and patch. The pricing was great as well! Will definitely be coming back!🙂

  Stood in the waiting room for 20 mins never got any help. Another guy pulls in and instantly help him and never asked if id been helped. Horrible customer service

  Great place was able to get me tires quickly and was able to help me a great place if you’re wanting to save money but still receive the same quality
