  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Great Service! Woke up this morning and realized I had a screw in one of the tires on my F-150. I called around to a few different places. Some were closed, and others couldn’t get me in until later this evening. I called Ken Towery’s in Clarksville on East Lewis and Clark Parkway, and they told me they could get me in by 2:00. 🙌🏾 The whole process was fast, easy, affordable, and stress-free. They patched my tire up and had me ready to get back on the road. Big shoutout to the manager, Carson, as well! He took the time to give me an estimate on a new set of tires for the future without pressuring me to purchase anything today. Great customer service goes a long way with me, and I’ll definitely continue using this location for my truck. Thank you, Ken Towery’s, for taking care of me today! 💯 F-150 patched up. Now it’s time to get back on the road rolling! 🛻💨

  My apologies for not getting the young man's name, but man, they really did me a solid. I popped in with a tire damaged by a drywall anchor someone was kind enough to let fall off their truck. I had temporarily plugged the tire. Ken Towerys patched the inside of the tire and had me in and out in 20 minutes. What's more, you could tell they were happy to help. A great experience you don't get often anymore. Kudos guys. Thank you

  I had work on my son's car at the Westport Rd location a little while back on a fuel leak. It was the fuel pump. I took it to fill it up for him this morning and gas came out around the same area. I took it to the Clarksville location (it is closer to me) and they took very good care of me. The ring holding the fuel pump cracked due to age, not due to the repair at Westport Rd but because I had had that service they stood behind Ken Towery's work even though it wasn't technically the work that caused the problem. They want the customer to be satisfied. The guys at this location are great and make you feel heard. I will continue my business with Ken Towery as long as they have employee's like they did today. Thank you Carson and Michael!
