  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Firstly, I was told they were only going to have my vehicle for one week, it ended up being four. Every time I would call and get updates on the repair, the days always got extended. One of the times I called I was given an extended date with the end of the sentence being, "If all goes well." Secondly, when I am finally told I can pick up my car, there was still damage present, untouched. I can't imagine that leaving damage you're supposed to fix is good for a business. So then, the next day I get a call stating my car is ready, again. And there is a new problem. The emblem glue work was atrocious and the hood is unaligned. Mr. Bailey stated that there was nothing they could do, even though this shotty work was done within his body shop, but I guess he decided it was good enough. The people here with play in your face to the point where you just give up. I would never recommend anyone to come here for any type of work.

  Best place to have your car repaired. Top-Notch repairs. The Staff is friendly and kept me well informed of the progress As my vehicle was repaired. They took the extra mile to make it right!!!! Will never take my vehicles nowhere else

  I was quoted 2.5 weeks to 3 weeks for my vehicle damage repairs. They completed my repairs in 6 business days. You can't even tell my vehicle had been damaged. Jason in the body shop office was also super easy to work with and was extremely professional, nice and made this a easy process for me. Hope I don't need any future repairs but if I do, I will 💯% return to Toyota in Clarksville Indiana.
