  All the staff were super helpful and professional. They made the whole experience pleasant and hassle free. I will definitely choose Enterprise Clarksville Indiana for any future rental needs.

  Rented an AWD Mid-Sized SUV & what i received was a regular compact SUV. When I pointed out the difference they tried to gaslight me into believing it was mid-sized (it was Ford Escape). I also mentioned I needed a vehicle with a luggage rack & the girl working said it is not allowed to use the luggage rack, uh since when?! I called Customer Service since this location was 0 help and the 3 times I called I was told the "billing dept would email/call me" but to no surprise they never did. The Ford Escape I received wasn't cleaned (we found a sticky plastic cup under the seat, dirt in the back seats & a melted sucker in the cup holder) and given the vehicle was a 2025 it sounded like the engine was about to fall out. Never had any issues ever with Enterprise, but this location and this experience put a bad taste in my mouth. There are more places to rent a car then this business and that's where ill be going from now on.

  Enterprise in New Albany was very good. The customer service was great! The tall gentleman wish I could remember his name was very friendly and helpful. The only downside we had was arriving a bit late, which caused us to not receive what we had booked for. So, lesson learned, make sure you don't arrive 15 to 10 before closing. My husband ended up with a dodge sporty looking red car. He said, the gas mileage is really good, so that is plus. All in all this location was really good and would book with them again.

  This location scammed us by charging a fuel surcharge fee despite us filling the car up to full down the street before dropping it off. Contacted support to correct the situation and support lied to us three separate times that they would contact local management to remove the charge. Our credit card company failed to effectively dispute the charge despite providing proof of contacting support. Renters be warned before renting from here!!!
