  5/5 on communication 5/5 on the work done that was needed 1/5 on additional problems Recently hit a guard rail. Destroyed my 2 right tires, and scratched up my right side. Tom and Ed’s towed my car and did all the repairs. They communicated throughout the whole process, told me exactly what they were gonna do and the price of it. They were amazing through the whole process. I wasn’t left in the dark or hit with unexpected fees. Answered all my questions and they weren’t annoyed by them. First time in an accident and they never made me feel stressed. Got the car back and it looks amazing. Doesn’t look like it was in an accidents at all. They even detailed in the interior for me they said for free! The reason I’m giving them a 3(my rating might change in the future) is because i did ask for a different part on the car to be touched up, and it wasn’t. Was told it was in the notes and it would be done. I understand it wasn’t on the side that was damaged, so I guess it is what it is. But now I have a weird noise coming from my driver side vent. Like something is loose or something is in it? Idk but it’s there now. Last thing is, my car is a hybrid. It has a VANS noise to alert other vehicles when it’s using the battery at low speeds. Well I don’t hear it and I’m the one in the vehicle. At low speeds or in idle there is no noise. I hear it slightly when I reverse, but its not as loud now. I’ll be taking it to my dealership. Again I can’t stress this enough. These guys were very open and fast with the work. It looks great and I’m happy with the outcome overall. I would 100% take my car here to get work on. I know other issues came about after I got it back, and maybe that’s not on them. I’d give these guys another chance in the future and that’s when I’ll change my score.

  I highly recommend Tom and Ed for auto repair I dropped my car off and next week. I ended up in the hospital for a month. Misty and summer could not have been more accommodating. They actually came and picked up the rental car for me and they also dropped off my car when it was done with it repairs Talk about a place that really cares and supports their customers. I wish I could give them 10 stars. By the way, the car looks great and I will never forget your kind treatment to me thank you thank you thank you

  Everything here seems great except for the actual bodywork itself. The car I brought in is 2019 and low miles. Took my car in for a minor fender bender and unfortunately for Tom & Ed’s I have a better eye for things then the average person. It seems like when they took the hood off they scratched the corners of the pillars and just put touch up paint where they scratched it. There’s also still a minor mark on the bumper it looks like something came up from underneath and almost put a hole in the bumper weather it was from the accident or Tom & Ed’s I don’t know but what I do know is that it wasn’t there before. Talked to them about it and it basically doesn’t seem like they care. Will not recommend based on the work

  These guys are fantastic! I hit a deer about three weeks ago and the front end of my car was destroyed I took it to Tom and Ed's and they did everything they could to help when it was time to come and get the car it was back to 100% everything lined up and is straight highly recommended and they deserve a 5 star thanks guys you hard detailed work is highly appreciated!
