Misty and summer could not have been more accommodating. They actually came and picked up the rental car for me and they also dropped off my car when it was done with it repairs Talk about a place that really cares and supports their customers. I wish I could give them 10 stars. By the way, the car looks great and I will never forget your kind treatment to me thank you thank you thank you
- GTGreg TempleFeb 2, 20261.0Would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Had work done a year ago that required multiple returns due to horrible quality control. Inside of vehicle was filthy, new trim pieces that were damaged that they had to replace again, bumper scraped up that they ended up replacing, left tape and masking material in the bed of the truck, gas filler neck issues, new paint chips from mishandling tailgate. At the end of the day there were still paint imperfections. Typical corporate chain type place, rush them in and out and half ass it just enough to get away with it.

They were super friendly and professional and kept me updated each day as to where the repairs were with my vehicle! Additionally, they went above and beyond in detail with my vehicle and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the interior was clean and wiped down and in addition to the excellent repair work that was done! Will return in the future if needed and will recommend to others!

You have the right to choose a repair shop to fix your vehicle so if you want Tom & Ed's Autobody to repair your vehicle, you have the right to choose us.
Basically, get the CLAIM NUMBER from your insurance company and Tom & Ed's Autobody will be able to start the process and get you scheduled to repair your vehicle.
