The 2nd day I had my rental (2024 VW GTI), I got a low coolant alarm. It was the very end of the day and Enterprise was closed. So I drove it the the nearest VW dealership, purchased a gallon of coolant and topped it off myself. I let Enterprise know of the alarm. After 14 days of renting, the coolant level remained unchanged, so unsure as to why the level was low. The staff at Enterprise made sure I was reimbursed. Excellent service, friendly staff and awesome car. I will be choosing Enterprise as my car rental company from here on out.
