  I had a nail in my tire which they fix for free since I bought my tires from a Belle tire. I had an appointment at 12. It took TWO hours!! The actual job was super fast but my car sat in the parking lot for 1.75 hours. Ernie was not nice and was snacking the whole time. I also watched him drop my car keys on the ground not once, but twice. Next time I’ll pay $10 for a patch kit and do it myself.

  Husband took car in on 7/23 and asked them to call with a quote before starting everything. Quote came back for $1,900 for brakes and tires. They told my husband over the phone that they would also replace the cabin air filter and windshield wipers for free. He agreed to this on the phone. When he showed up to pick up the car later that day, they charged him $2,479.76. He asked for a printed copy of everything, to which they said the printer wasn’t working and they couldn’t give it to him. He noticed that he was charged for wiper blades and air cabin filters which was supposed to be free. The guy said he didn’t know who told him that. This is our first time using Belle Tire and we will not be back. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency and hidden fees they tack on. Not for sure why we even asked for the quote if they weren’t going to follow through.

  It never fails to impress me the customer service no matter which location or which city. They always go above and beyond and I am always sure to let people know to go there vs any other tire shop.

  Ernie the new manager is awesome and went above and beyond for me replacing my battery and alternator at a price that was so reasonable compared to other mechanics. They are full auto service, not just tires . They have done my brakes years ago and no problems. They guarantee their work and warranty all parts for 3 yrs. The staff is great; very professional and knowledgeable. Shout out to Shane, Zach & Tommy. I am very pleased with my customer service here. Ernie as a manager, I believe; makes such a positive impact on this location since they got rid of the abusive girl manager. I will always come back to this location due to all these employees, the quick service time and the price. Thank you everybody for your hard work and pleasant attitude!

  DO NOT COME HERE I have waited 2-3 weeks for my vehicle to get done. Shane is horrible with communication. I have calling at least 5 times a week to get an update with my vehicle and theres never anything done to it. When I came to pick my vehicle up it looked the same as when I dropped it off (after waiting 2-3 weeks). These people will lie about anything and everything when you’re being patient. I never was an irate customer and was patient throughout the whole process and I was still lied to. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I do not recommend. I use my vehicle for my job and I am on the verge of losing my job because of Shane never ordering any parts. I came in to get 3 new tires and was left being charged $2,000 for things Im told that was needed to fix my vehicle. Im sure the things that were needed on my vehicle is all a lie. When I first initially started asked for an estimate, i was told 850$. The i got a call back later and was told $2000. Adding unnecessary services to my car. The place is a rip off. I am so unsatisfied with this company.
