- SASolomon ArterburnJun 23, 20261.0Unkind and unhelpful. I had a flat tire on the side of the road, and managed to get it fixed at 7:45pm. I called and asked if there was a way they could get me in before closing at 8. I had no expectation for them to say yes, but I was told to come in and that the mechanics would do their best. I showed up to very passive aggressive behavior, and when the door was closing, they began cussing me out, not realizing I could still hear them. They then told me it was general wear on the inside of the tire and it would need replaced entirely. I drove 1 1/2 hours home on my spare to find that my 1 month old tire simply had a nail in it and needed a patch. They are rude, impolite, and don't know what they are talking about. If you don't want me to come in, then you can say so when I call ahead, but don't be a jerk and cuss me out after saying you will help.

Told me tires couldn’t be plugged, second lie. Went up the street and got it plugged. Dishonest manager and lost my company’s repairs on 6 cars.

They lie about your warranty telling you that you have coverage and then denying that you had the tire covered in case you have a problem. I went in for a nail for my tire, Junior just said he’d replace it, I told him I thought it was under warranty but he never bothered to check or even call to tell me how much the tire would be. Will never be going back and we’ve literally taken all of our cars to Belle Tire and spent thousands of dollars. Never again.
