  Took them four hours to put on new tires and do an alignment. When we got the vehicle back the tires weren’t balanced causing vibration and we had to take it to Chevy dealer to have to fixed. DO NOT GO HERE.

  Stopped by the location in Camby,Indiana at 10 am with a flat that needed repaired. No one at the desk when I walked in. Had to wait. When someone finally came to desk I told them what I needed done. They walked to the dark empty shop walked around a corner to ask how long it would take they came back and said I would have to leave the car and come back.

  Went in at 8a with a flat tire. They said they were too busy and sent me away. They told me to come back that evening at 5:30p. I arrived at 5:40p and they said they were too busy and I was too late and refused to help me even though I had been a customer at this store for years and years. Very disappointing. So, I went across the street to Belle Tire. The good people at Belle Tire sold me a complete new set of tires and put them on while I waited. Minimal wait and good service at Belle Tire. Tire Barn lost out because of understaffing and poor customer service.

  I took my car to Tire Barn on Friday. They changed my tires and got me on my way. They even upgraded my tires and I paid the exact price they quoted me. I’m a Tire Barn fan for life. Great job to John and his staff! A very happy customer!

  I recently visited Tire Barn Warehouse on Wednesday, the 15th, to have new tires installed on my truck. I want to start by saying the staff I interacted with were all friendly, courteous, and seemed genuinely willing to help. I had purchased my tires through USAA and Goodyear, which gave me a great 25% savings, and I appreciated being able to take advantage of that. I also called the night before to confirm my 8:00 AM appointment and was told everything was set. When I arrived, there seemed to be some confusion, as my appointment wasn’t showing in the system. The team still worked me in, which I appreciated, though the wait ended up being around three hours—longer than I’ve experienced in the past for tire installation. After getting home, I realized my wheel lock (security lug nut key) had been left behind. When I called, they were responsive and later confirmed they had found it, but it did require an extra trip back to the store. While the staff was courteous, there seemed to be a lack of organization and communication throughout the process. If it weren’t for the significant discount I received, I likely would not return.
