  They knocked my guard loose, didn't notice, and backed the car out running over the guard and tearing my inner fender liner out, which bent all my fender tabs and ruined the guard. Tried sending me on my way without telling me, so I had to go back inside and ask what happened only to be met with "it was like that before, we don't know what happened". There are multiple scratches around the lugs from the impact socket, and random new scratches on the face of the wheel. All of this happened while having them re-balance my wheels from the day before because they put the weights on without cleaning the wheel, causing them to fall off before I even made it home. I will never return, and I suggest you don't come to them if you care about your car/wheels at all, because they clearly don't. Lying to a customer is ridiculous and unprofessional. Seems the shop is full of younger boys who do not care about their quality of work. Will be seeking a refund for the work done. If they were honest with me and admitted their mistakes, I wouldn't be upset.

  I took my car in to have an oil change and my air conditioner looked at as it hasn’t worked in a few years. I was told it needed a new condenser. I said go ahead and fix it. Well I got a call back and said that it needed a new AC line and discharge line because the lines were stuck from corrosion, so an attempt to repair had been done and part of my car had to be taken apart to see this. I told them not to fix it as it was out of my price range. I took it to another shop for a second opinion. Without telling them what was needed I was informed that “both bolts at the lines for the condenser are broken off, someone has tried to remove them”. When I called Belle to ask if this happened all I got was the guy who worked on your car was out of town for a week. So I waited 2 weeks for a call back. Nothing. All I ask is that if something happened to my car please disclose this to me. I’m not sure how this would have happened other than from an “attempt” to repair as I’ve never had my condenser worked on or looked at before. Things happen with older cars and I would have understood had you disclosed this to me, but it wasn’t. I’m disappointed I didn’t even get a call back in regard to this. Now I’m left wondering if it was even the condenser to begin with.

  Literally thought I dropped my car off in safe hands and how was I surprised when I picked my car up bmw 335 and my paint matched blue calipers have been scuffed so bad and I just had them painted last year on top of that my valve stem caps were gone and my alignment still wasn’t right so which was why I took it in there to begin with I will never be seen back here and I’ll be taking my belle tire lanyard off my keys
