  If I could put a negative review I would, predatory liars. We had our car serviced, they took a day longer than anticipated and our car is having issues as we drive out of the state. We called and were told its an electrical issue and to go to a different belle tire...our AC never had issues and now it does and Belle won't take accountability. This isnt the first time they have dragged us around. They do not communicate properly, they also tried to charge us while under warranty for another issue. They definitely judge books by the cover and adjust their price accordingly. Last time we had a puncture, they told my wife we need to replace 2 tires and it will be 600 bucks, as soon an I called, magically we have a warranty. There are a few nice people that work here but even they were not listened to when they pressed issues about our car to their predatory management. Never going back again. Thanks for nothing, stuck with no AC on our 8 hours drive.

  I came in 3 weeks ago to have 2 tpms sensors replaced, took over 2 hours. They stated a new technician took some time. After leaving, one of the two wheels has a slow leak. About 3lbs. A day loss. So after dealing with it for 2 weeks, and another sensor going out, took the time again on another Saturday to have the leak fixed and the other sensor replaced. Since it took so long the last time, I called and asked if I needed an appointment, was told no. So on Saturday I was the second person thru the door when they opened at 8. By 9:15 my vehicle still had not been started. When I asked what's taking so long I was told all the appointments are ahead of me. I ended up losing 3 hours waiting for basically a slow leak fix. Do not use this store unless you have lots of time to waste.

  Super busy place when we went. Tire was repaired within the time limit given to us at check in. Appreciate the status board in the waiting area. Chatted with an elderly man who had been waiting a long time (tire repair & alignment) who became overwhelmed with gratitude when the manager told him it there was no charge. This place rocks!!!
