  I came in to get two new tires. It took a little bit longer than expected, and in a rush to leave TPMS sensor was still on. I know, sometimes I can take a little bit to turn off on its own. But after a day of driving, it still did not turn off. I called and they said it should be no problem to check what was going on. When I did come in just two days after being serviced, the gentleman at the front made quite a fuss about the fact that I was asking them to check it. He said it would be a two hour wait or I could bring in the next morning at 8 AM. After a bit of back and forth, they had a mechanic check the tire pressure and sure enough one was low. 2 stars because at least the mechanics who interacted with were kind and helpful.

  Had a tire leak, during repair tech said I needed a ball joint. Made an appointment a few weeks later. After further inspection it did not need a repair. They did an alignment with a small discount and the alignment year warranty for “my trouble”. Class act! They have been a great addition to Brownsburg as we have had several purchases from them. Highly recommend

  I am beyond disappointed in the customer service. Jeffery was extremely rude and dismissive when telling him what problems I was having. Definitely will not be back.

  We just moved here from California. Everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to make us feel good. Free tire repair if you get a nail. Jeffrey is great, took care of us and we are now a customer for life.
