- JBJeff BakerDec 24, 20211.0Quoted $525 to program and cut new factory key from volvo. Could not figure out how to program on first appointment ,charge me $99 for key and $156 for programing key to car but could not program the fob. They said I would have to come and pay for diagnostic at $175. Came back 1 week later charged me the $175 and another $113 for the software again . No errors showing "all green" as the put it Wanted another $900 to start replacing parts. Could not tell me what was wrong. Paid over $500 and they do not have a clue . Go somewhere else. It is a racket. Take your car to Tom Wood in Carmel. Fixed the none issue. Programed new keys in 20 minutes. I have two brand new keys that work great.
