Got there and was greeted with that they are working with a skeleton crew. Saw 4 to 5 people working, not sure how big a full crew is skeleton crew 4 to 5. They then just started working on my car before even asking me what I wanted. I did have questions about pricing a full synthetic mileage. I told them I had a quart of Lucas oil treatment to put in. So they could put in a quart less then add the Lucas. When I paid they told me an amount in cash and did not receive my change , an I noticed that there were additional charges for extra oil which I should not have need or received. Because I had the Lucas. I then requested the quart of oil I paid extra for or a refund of the extra oil fees, and my change back. The acting lead could not come over and talk to me but sent others over to relay messages. Then instead of giving me a quart of oil or the refund , and my change. They gave a full refund but I had to wait 20-30 more minutes while taking up a bay until the manager came back with the keys to the drawer.

I have always gone to jiffy lube prior but did not have a great experience at the one in Bloomington. Tried out valvoline and it was not only more affordable but the staff was much more pleasant. Will return in the future.

I bring my vehicles here. I watch these fellas while they work on the cars in front of me. I know this place doesn’t pay these boys as well as they deserve. Melvin is a guy that is usually there to take care of things. It’s never too long to wait and every one has a very good vibe. Well mannered. They’re a bit dirty but hey it’s what they do! Strong work fellas. Your corporate owners owe you.

These guys were amazing! There was a line of cars when I pulled in. I made the sixth one. It was 96 degrees out today, no wind, and no cloud coverage. They were efficient, quick, and had a smile on their face. Despite it being so hot out they were still in a great mood, conversated with me, and even helped me find a coupon to use! Thanks boys! I appreciate you!!
