  I’ve had several great experiences here over the past few months. They always do great work, don’t make you wait too long, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Mike especially is fantastic!

  After being at work all day, I noticed my tired had a nail in it and was almost flat. I was surely ready to go home. Thankfully I called Tire Barn and Was told I can come in and be seen in a matter of minutes. Upon arriving I was greeted with friendly and welcoming staff, we talk about what happen I was told all possibilities and all questions were answered. We had a fun and informative conversation all while my tire was being repaired. In and out in about 30 mins. I am completely satisfied and I must add it was a delightful surprise to see that a woman fixed my tire. Most impressed with her knowledge of auto care! It was truly a blessing for me to have been helped in a great atmospheric environment. Thanks to the staff I am so happy to have been able to drive home and acquire much needed rest after a long shift.

  I would like to give a shout out to Manager Jarrod Griffin. We got a flat tire while visiting from Dayton Ohio for the Indiana University Graduation. Called the store 5 minutes before closing, after putting on our spare, and he took us in to fix our tire. He stayed an hour after closing to take care of us and we greatly appreciate him helping us out in a real jam! He truly went above and beyond.

  The situation could have been super stressful, but Mike and Iain were so above-and-beyond helpful and made the whole process smooth, even when some small complications arose. This is the second time I've patronized Tire Barn in Bloomington, IN, and both times they were good, but Mike and Iain absolutely hit it out of the park this time. Thank you all so much!

  The team today saved us! We had previously had an appointment at walmart and they canceled on us last minute. We were scrambling as we needed tires today. They not only got us in, changed the tires early, and were so professional, they also took the time to take the car back into the garage when it started raining. It is a restoration project and the windows weren't in yet. I appreciate your excellent customer service today!!!
