  I got the Ultra synthetic oil for the same as the dealer, and probably less. The total service with oil, filter and oil treatment was less than the dealer by a lot. And greeted with an ice cold bottle of water on a hot day. Very professional and efficient. It really is a 10-minute service stop and a great deal.

  I've been going here for a while but the latest visit was pretty terrible. Employees in the morning, a man and woman, didn't catch their names, were arguing throughout and it was pretty awkward and unprofessional. I'll probably give it another try but was pretty unimpressed this morning

  First off heads up thank you for not seeing another female driver and trying to take advantage of her when I pulled in. 2nd it was nice to see a female mechanic being treated with respect and dignity while working. 3rd thank you for having my oil and things in stock and not charging an arm and a leg because I drive a bmw I will be referring everyone I know to you

  Strickland Brothers is absolutely amazing. I don’t know much about cars, so the first time I needed an oil change, I went somewhere else. But only about a month later, my car was already warning me that the oil level was low again. I decided to come to Strickland Brothers, but instead of trying to make money off me, the technician actually told me to go back to the previous shop and have them top it off since they had just changed my oil. That alone really impressed me. They were honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I remember thinking, “This is the kind of place I can trust,” and I decided I would come here from then on. Today, my car showed a low oil level warning again, so I came back. After they added some oil, I pulled out my credit card to pay, but the technician told me there was no charge. I asked why, and he said it was only about a quart. I honestly felt a little bad not paying anything! This place is truly the best — and not just because they helped me for free today. What I appreciate most is their honesty. They don’t take advantage of people who don’t know much about cars, and that kind of trust is priceless. I feel completely comfortable bringing my car here and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

  This was the first time I visited the Strickland Brothers location in Bloomington for an oil change. I had a good experience at the location in Bedford, so I figured it would be similar up here when I needed another oil change. Boy was I wrong. I visited mid morning just for a regular oil change. I was the only customer there when I pulled up. I waited for a couple minutes, then saw 3 employees getting out of their cars to start working. One looked like he was just waking up? Mind you, they had been open for over 2 hours at this point. The two employees I interacted with were not personable at all. Very short and you could tell they weren’t interested in providing a good customer experience. When I was working on getting my mileage, the employee just reached into my car on the steering wheel and tried messing with my settings to get it, didn’t even ask. When the oil change was finished, he just told me the total and grabbed my card When he was done running it for payment, he gave me my receipt without saying anything, told me to start driving out of the bay, and walked away. Not even a simple thank you or have a good day or anything. Such a disappointing experience, I definitely won’t come back or recommend for an oil change here.
