  Get my oil changed here regularly. Not sure of his name but there is one main guy I see every time and he is very good at his job. Good communication and quick but efficient service. He always asks me how bad is it this time girly? Lol

  I was surprised that Strickland Brothers was open on Sunday. I was greeted by a very professional young man. He explained everything in a very thorough manner. They had me in and out in minutes. I'm a first-time Strickland Brothers customer and will definitely continue to come back and recommend others to Strickland Brothers. Thanks to the guys on West 3rd.

  First time I ever went to a drive through oil change place. It was awesome and the 2 service techs were very courteous and professional. I will definitely use Strickland brothers anytime I need my car serviced in Bloomington Indiana. Great experience 👍👍

  I’d never been here before & never even heard of the place but the reviews were good & they advertised as a 10 minute oil change. I called the number that’s on Google & it was an automated AI that sent me a coupon to my phone. When I arrived they immediately gave me a cold bottle of water which is exactly what I needed tbh & the customer service was on point overall. This was my first oil change in my car since buying it so I was a little unprepared for some of their questions but they handled any questions I couldn’t answer. They gave me a discount for an air filter which was awesome & helpful. I was in & out in 10 minutes. I’ve already recommended them to a friend. Jonathan & Vince/Vance (I can’t remember I’m sorry!) & the rest of the guys were great & I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys I appreciate you!!!

  I saw the high ratings so I figured I'd give it a shot. When I pulled up, there were cones in every stall but no one came out to guide me (they were all just staring at me) so I parked in the lot. They didn't like that, a guy comes out telling me they don't drive customer's cars and that I need to pull it in myself. Ever since that moment he was quite rude throughout the process. I don't expect to get treated like royalty but at least treat customers like you want their business again. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing everyone by trying to get my car serviced. Other than that, the service itself was quick so I was able to get back to my weekend which was nice. Who knows, maybe I just came in on an off day 🤷
