    The mechanic wouldn’t even give me the option to change my oil with conventional oil, and when I asked him for it, he flat out said it wasn’t possible. I don’t understand why you would act like you offer a service when you don’t. It seemed like he was trying to take advantage of me because of my age, and I find that incredibly demeaning and disrespectful, and it is the whole reason mechanics get such a bad rap. What sucks is I think this is an issue with training at Jiffy Lube in general because that’s not the first time I’ve had this happen to me at a Jiffy Lube, and it is simply disappointing. You take advantage of your customers and your perception of their ignorance and the necessity for convenience that your whole business model is built upon. At least I got out of there quickly.

    First time to use Jiffy Lube. I pulled up, was greeted, and asked what brought me in. I said an oil change, they directed me to the lane to be in, and I waited about 5 minutes. They directed me into the bay and said I could wait in my car or wait in the lounge area, I opted to wait in my car. We did the light test, all good. They asked which oil change I wanted, I went with the standard synthetic. They checked my air filter, thank goodness, which I needed, so they put a new one in for me. Finished my oil up, did the pressure test, I paid, got the sticker, the receipt, and was on my way. Great group of folks working there, I’ll definitely be going back when it’s time for my next oil change! Keep up the great work!

    I love this jiffy lube. The staff there are extremely honest and make you aware of issues or problems they come across while servicing my car. The garage I used to take my car to, I believe, over-tightened my drain plug, yet neglected to tell me. The guys here told me the plug was too tight and they were afraid they would damage the oil pan so they vacuumed the oil out rather than damage the oil pan trying to remove a plug that obviously was damaged long before they touched it. I appreciate their honesty and the fact they informed me of the problem they encountered. While the oil can't drain out like normal, and there is surely sediment in the bottom, hopefully it won't make its way through the filter and damage the engine. If it does I know these guys did everything they could to service my car properly and they had the integrity to inform me of the problems they had trying to remove plug, unlike those who initially damaged it. In my opinion they are an honest crew who gets the job done, even when they have to work around others mistakes. I will continue to have my car serviced by them. Integrity and honesty goes a long way.

    I took my car here for an oil change two weeks ago. I have probably been here like 5 times, kinda the same experience every time. I replaced my air filter the night before getting my oil change this time (on purpose as a test of honesty), staff pulled it out, did not show it to me but come to my window and tell me that it is dirty and needs replaced (Les than 5 miles traveled on this filter). They then tell me my coolant is completely empty, asked to top it off for an upcharge. I agreed, but in concern for my car asked if was actually fully empty, staff stated yes, they proceed to maybe put the equivalent to like 5 or 6 ounces, I hear them tell the car next me the same thing. Confused/concerned, knowing that my coolant reservoir holders several pints, When I left I checked my coolant reservoir and it was past the max level approximately the amount they filled it with. I will not be back, I know that the charges are little and that you are trying to make just a little bit more money. Honesty goes a long way in business, and this dishonesty is enough for me to not trust you to tell me if I do have a major issue. So buyer beware, this location will advise for new air filter and top off of coolant every visit, and more than likely it is not needed.
