  Women beware. They charged a premium to do a prius full synthetic oil change. 74.99 for 4.4 quarts and 50 for a premium filter that is just an after market economy per the listed model number, that lists for 10.99 plus tax. They tried to sell a cabin filter and when she said no they said oh yeah its fine anyhow and then the report said it's dirty. Women beware. They also said the battery was maintenence free so they didn't check it, and this car has a battery that needs checked. Its a shame to take advantage of anyone.

  I've been to Grease Monkey in Bloomington several times, and I've consistently had a great experience. The staff always greet me promptly when I arrive, and they do an excellent job getting my vehicle serviced and back on the road quickly. I especially appreciate how thorough their vehicle inspections are. They take the time to clearly explain any issues or maintenance items they find, so I always feel informed without any pressure. The team is professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

  I bought a Groupon coupon for oil change that they would not honor! They said we are one of 400 stores. I have no idea what Groupon sold the coupon for! I will not be returning!
