  I've been to Grease Monkey in Bloomington several times, and I've consistently had a great experience. The staff always greet me promptly when I arrive, and they do an excellent job getting my vehicle serviced and back on the road quickly. I especially appreciate how thorough their vehicle inspections are. They take the time to clearly explain any issues or maintenance items they find, so I always feel informed without any pressure. The team is professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

  I bought a Groupon coupon for oil change that they would not honor! They said we are one of 400 stores. I have no idea what Groupon sold the coupon for! I will not be returning!

  I genuinely had a great experience with Grease Monkey. I usually go to a mechanic down the road for an oil change but they couldn’t get me in so I decided to give Grease Monkey a try. The service and no pressure up sale was very impressive. They even cleaned the inside of my car! Though it’s a little more expensive, it is 100% worth it for the top quality service. I’ll absolutely be taking my car here from now on.
