  I can honestly say I have never had a good renting experience from South. Rented a car this past weekend and it reeked of cat piss and cigarette smoke. Absolutely awful to the point where we had to stop and get spray to make it so that the car didn’t smell as atrocious as it did. The check-in process was fine this time, the front desk clerk wasn’t as annoying and combative as she usually is. But that was because I did not engage with her and her nonsense. There was no delays in check-in this time, but it was because I called multiple times to make sure that they would be on time when I needed to pick up my rental because previous time they have been 30 minutes late on checking in and getting me out for pick ups. If you can do yourself a favor I would definitely choose the north shop over the south shop.   Initial paperwork and rental was a breeze. They gave me a ride to my car. When it was time to end the rental, they had me leave it at the dealership where my personal car was waiting after repairs. 10/10 will use again!

  Enterprise booking team put me in a car that was at a closed location. Came to the open location (this enterprise) and received no help and was told to drive an hour in the rain to the indianapolis airport. Absolute unwillingness to make the wrong booking right.

  I tried to rent a vehicle here, and the agent who assisted me, upon noticing that I am Latino, was extremely ironic with me. She did not show any service-oriented attitude, nor any willingness to cooperate. Unfortunately, this is the third time in a row that I’ve had a bad experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bloomington while trying to rent a vehicle, and I have consistently felt disappointed. I recommend looking for other alternatives, as the service they provide is unprofessional and unreliable.
