  I can honestly say I have never had a good renting experience from South. Rented a car this past weekend and it reeked of cat piss and cigarette smoke. Absolutely awful to the point where we had to stop and get spray to make it so that the car didn’t smell as atrocious as it did. The check-in process was fine this time, the front desk clerk wasn’t as annoying and combative as she usually is. But that was because I did not engage with her and her nonsense. There was no delays in check-in this time, but it was because I called multiple times to make sure that they would be on time when I needed to pick up my rental because previous time they have been 30 minutes late on checking in and getting me out for pick ups. If you can do yourself a favor I would definitely choose the north shop over the south shop.
