I have been renting cars from Budget Rent-A-Car for more than 10 years and have never experienced the problems I had at this Rental the black guy at the desk, said he owns the place and he told me to leave because I was asking too many questions. He kept going to the back so I started asking people that were coming in whether they were dropping off cars or picking them up because I was trying to figure out where I was in line. I wasn’t being rude disrespectful or anything like that. I have never been treated like this ever from any rental place, I’ve been to this guy told me he doesn’t like to repeat himself and that I need to leave the premises. I told him hey I’m sorry I apologize if I said anything to offend you I really need a car. I’m just asking questions. he told me this was a franchise place and that he owned it and that I need to get off the premises. I did not say any bad words. I have was dumbfound the way. He just went off on me for no reason , I am a born again Christian and I go to church. Every chance I get. and I read my Bible every day. I was trying to go see my grandmother she’s very sickly right now. It may not be with as long. This man is very evil I will pray for him and I will pursue this legally with a lawsuit whatever I have to do because that was wrong. What he did.

Today I went to the branch to rent a car, but I wasn't able to because I don't have a credit card. Since my driver's license is from out of state, I have to use a credit card. I can't rent with a debit card. However, the manager never explained this to me. Instead, he kept telling me that if anyone let me use my debit card, they would get fired. I felt very intimidated by him. Because he never explained the policy, I had to call the South Walnut St. location to ask whether it was possible for me to rent a car. They explained everything to me clearly, unlike the manager at this branch. I will also be reporting this to Enterprise directly, because this is not the first time he has made me feel this way.
