  Pulled in on an emergency with a large object in my passenger front tire on my work truck, first thing in the morning right after this location had opened with bay doors still closed. I was told I may have to wait a couple of hours due to scheduled appointments but didn't question anything despite the lack of people there. After waiting 2 hours we checked to see how things we're looking on time and was told it'd be momentarily. Two more hours went by before we finally had a plug put in the tire. When I got the truck back, being 4 hours behind in my day, I had no choice but to continue my trip but immediately noticed that my front end alignment was messed with. Now my work truck drives with the steering wheel cocked to the right and I'm experiencing it pull. I'm not sure if it was in spite of my weariness of waiting after being told 2 hours and 4 going by that upset them or the fact that Belle tire does plugs for free and they didn't make any money, that made them do this on purpose or what happened but how do you have your steering wheel altered and your front end alignment off over just a simple plug install? Better yet how does one wait 4 hours for a 20-minute job at best? They didn't seem to care that day about much of anything, jamming their music with questionable language for all customers to hear with a laxi-daisy workflow between the most of them. Horrible customer service, horrible work ethic by most of ones that were on shift that day, overall horrible experience. They actually need to be held responsible to fix my front end alignment or pay for the wear and tear on the brand new Cooper tires at this point. Unreal!

  I purchased 4 new tires from them about a year and half ago. Since then one tire keeps going flat. I have been in 6 different times to get it repaired and have been told its a minimum of a 4 to 5 hour wait. All 6 times I have been told this. I show up at before 8am and am the first customer in the door and still 4 to 5 hour wait. Why don't you take appointments for things like this. I know that I will never get tires from them again. There were places that were cheaper to get the same tires but your reviews said you did the best work and had the best customer service well that is definitely not true.

  They were willing to help me out in a pinch and were extremely nice. Called 4 Walmarts in the area to have tires done and they all said they were too busy to help when I had a flat and needed a tire changed. They were also very quick and efficient taking only 10 minutes total for tire change and payment. Would highly recommend.

  Una segunda mala experiencia, la primera vez que visité Bell Tire una de las ruedas de mi carro tenía un clavo, retiraron el clavo, arreglaron la rueda pero tan pronto salí del lugar el testigo de las llantas se encendió y presentaba un error, al mandarlo revisar por un mecánico diferente me dijeron que el sensor de la presión estaba dañado. El pasado sábado, volví a Bell Tire nuevamente por un clavo en la rueda. Me dijeron que no podían sacar el clavo y arreglar la rueda porque las ruedas delanteras estaban muy desgastadas y requerían un cambio. Accedí a comprar y cambiar las ruedas delanteras, pero ohh sorpresa, al cabo de un rato reemplazando las llantas, un empelado salió y me dijo que uno de los rines tenía un golpe y que no habían podido balancear ni alinear el carro correctamente y que iba a quedar con una vibración. Que era necesario que cambiara el rin y que podía comprarlo ahí mismo. En el momento no accedí a la compra del nuevo rin y me fui. Efectivamente el carro comenzó a vibrar demasiado. Hoy visité otro centro de servicio para autos y les comenté lo que me había pasado. Después de hacer una inspección me dijeron que la llanta estaba mal puesta y a eso se debía la vibración. El rin está en perfecto estado. Simplemente en Belle Tire me querían estafar haciéndome comprar y pagar por un rin que no necesitaba, no tengo duda de que el sensor de la presión que se dañó la primera vez también fue algo que hicieron intencional. No recomiendo este lugar cuando del mantenimiento de un vehículo se trate.
