  I honestly didn’t want to give this Belle Tire location my business because my boyfriend has had a MULTITUDE of issues here in the past. Hearing his stories about this store made me nervous to bring my car in. His experiences have included them refusing to honor warranties he purchased, doing a poor job aligning his car, and repeatedly trying to add on additional services like oil changes and fluid replacements when he was only there for tire-related issues. He stopped going to this location and started using the Belle Tire in Columbus instead. I needed a tire replaced and came in early right after they opened for my appointment. My boyfriend originally had a spare tire he wanted me to use, but since he has had many issues with this location, he didn't think they would remove the old tire and return the wheel to us. We ended up buying a completely new tire. While they did an okay job, I waited over 3 hours for one tire to be replaced. What made the wait especially frustrating is that my boyfriend has repeatedly experienced the same 3–4 hour wait times at this location. He was the one who made my appointment (and they called out his name), so I can’t help but wonder if that played a role, although I obviously can’t say for certain. The manager, Nicholas, was also not particularly pleasant with me. He has had disagreements with my boyfriend in the past, and when he heard my boyfriend’s name being called, he came out of the shop visibly fired up. I felt like some of that attitude was directed toward my boyfriend, even though I had nothing to do with their previous disagreements and my boyfriend wasn't even in the shop (Nicholas also did not talk to any of the other customers in the shop getting tire stuff done). What annoyed me was that he tried to pressure me into purchasing an alignment at what I felt was an inflated price. My boyfriend is a mechanic; I called him up and showed him everything and he said it was unnecessary, so I declined the service. Based on both my experience and my boyfriend’s repeated experiences, I would recommend being very cautious at this location. Ask questions, DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING. Don’t feel pressured into additional services and get a second opinion. There are lots of cheaper shops nearby! I also wouldn’t recommend leaving your car here if you can avoid it. If possible, stay in the store and keep an eye on what’s being done. My experience here did not give me any more confidence in this location and I would not recommend it.

  Last name is actually Madden-Had an appointment for safety inspection, and to check on an alignment I had done elsewhere to make sure it was done correctly and safe. Appointment was for 2pm no one told me an estimated time I would wait they said they would get my car back in a minute an hour goes by I asked for my keys back and stated I would just go somewhere else. One guy asked if I had an appointment I had an attitude and said yes. Just the lack of communication when I was already having to deal with another places mishaps with my vehicle. Won’t be back.

  Belle Tire took great care of me when my car became unsafe to drive while I was out of town. They were very kind and helpful and provided me great explanations on what was wrong with my car. Thank you for helping a stressful situation be a little better!

  I had an emergency, tire was flat. Barely got it there. Guy says I would have to wait a week before I could get any work done on the car. Essentially they don't need any new business. If you are a regular, great. For new people, not worth the wait. Other places in town are comparable pricing and available the day you need them, not a week long wait appointment to work your life around their schedule. I give them an extra star for the polite young man I wish I had the opportunity to deal with, not the stern, gruff guy who basically told me I was out of luck. Went down the road to another business and spent my money there for everything I needed. Their loss.

  Wow what a fantastic experience!! I have been to this shop several times over the past 3 weeks for a variety of issues on this old car I purchased. They have been extremely honest, patient, thorough and kind. I want to mention 4 people in particular. Nick is the store Mgr. He truly cares about us customers and his employees. He hustles and juggles several things at once in an incredibly efficient manner. Most importantly, he keeps his word. Next, Brandon, 1 of the service writers. The kindness and consideration this young man shows should be commended. He is young and new to the business. He is extremely coachable and his heart is on his sleeve. You can't teach people the kindness he possesses. Next is Titus, my personal hero. He is the head mechanic who has done all the work on my vehicle. Each and every time I have been in he has stopped what he was doing to explain in detail what was needed or why something happened. I could not be more grateful for his patience and thouroughness. He never treated me differently because it is an older car. He is a brilliant mechanic and a fantastic person. Lastly, Jared, a brand new employee. I have had only 1 conversation with him and yesterday, while he was off work, saw me broken down on the side of the road. He actually stopped in the middle of the road to see if I needed help. Again, that is not taught, that is purely character. Cheers Jared, that will never be forgotten. In the end I could not recommend anywhere else to get your car worked on. I am a customer for life!!! Thank you Belle team!!!
