  Brandon was a huge help, he helped us out with a tire replacement and went over and beyond and had very good customer service.

  I had an emergency, tire was flat. Barely got it there. Guy says I would have to wait a week before I could get any work done on the car. Essentially they don't need any new business. If you are a regular, great. For new people, not worth the wait. Other places in town are comparable pricing and available the day you need them, not a week long wait appointment to work your life around their schedule. I give them an extra star for the polite young man I wish I had the opportunity to deal with, not the stern, gruff guy who basically told me I was out of luck. Went down the road to another business and spent my money there for everything I needed. Their loss.

  Wow what a fantastic experience!! I have been to this shop several times over the past 3 weeks for a variety of issues on this old car I purchased. They have been extremely honest, patient, thorough and kind. I want to mention 4 people in particular. Nick is the store Mgr. He truly cares about us customers and his employees. He hustles and juggles several things at once in an incredibly efficient manner. Most importantly, he keeps his word. Next, Brandon, 1 of the service writers. The kindness and consideration this young man shows should be commended. He is young and new to the business. He is extremely coachable and his heart is on his sleeve. You can't teach people the kindness he possesses. Next is Titus, my personal hero. He is the head mechanic who has done all the work on my vehicle. Each and every time I have been in he has stopped what he was doing to explain in detail what was needed or why something happened. I could not be more grateful for his patience and thouroughness. He never treated me differently because it is an older car. He is a brilliant mechanic and a fantastic person. Lastly, Jared, a brand new employee. I have had only 1 conversation with him and yesterday, while he was off work, saw me broken down on the side of the road. He actually stopped in the middle of the road to see if I needed help. Again, that is not taught, that is purely character. Cheers Jared, that will never be forgotten. In the end I could not recommend anywhere else to get your car worked on. I am a customer for life!!! Thank you Belle team!!!

  Save your time and money and go to a local shop. They over promise and under deliver. This is the shortest any tires have lasted me after overpaying 2 1/2 years ago ,they are already dry rotting. The service is slow as can be and the front desk couldn't be any less helpful. Dropped my car off at 9am yesterday to have a slow leak repaired on a tire under warranty. Was told it would be done around 3pm. Called for an eta and was told 5pm. Showed up at 5 to be told I was 4th in line and it would be around 8pm, if they could get to it. Received a call around 5:45pm stating that they couldn't repair it. Showed up to pick up the vehicle only to find that it hadn't moved. Seems like they just wanted to get out of doing it. Already found a repair shortly after leaving. Save your money and go to a local shop. Pomps beat their quote for the exact same tires on my truck by over $200 and the service was excellent.

  Very disappointed. I had 4 tires installed after making an appointment. I arrived at the appointment on time and expected a smooth transaction to occur. After waiting three hours for the work to be done, I was disappointed when I realized they did not use the tires I told them I wanted when I set the appointment, but rather chose tires that were $35 more per tire than what i thought I would be paying for. There was also a tire protection plan offered initially, which I was told was "on sale" for 50% off. My bill shows the full price of $86. I won't do business with them again, and recommend that others don't either. If you must, and you are an older female, I suggest you take a male friend or family member with you so you will not be taken advantage of like I was.
