  Took my 2013 dodge charger here and they did an excellent job. Along with great customer service my car hasn’t been this clean since I got it

  Absolutely highly recommended. Veteran owned business. Great prices and great customer service. Made my 2018 Camaro SS look like it did in 2018, I believe it looks even better than it did in 2018!

  We went never got any paper work just a guesstimate per Chance. I ran through tar and it was mainly on the left side and on the running boards. We were told our vehicle was done. The total bill was 650. We payed 150.00 to blacken the plastic, so cleaning the tar supposedly making our Vehicle shining per Chance(owner). We went to get it we were disappointed in the job. We paid the bill still never getting any kinda of receipt. Chance was not there to discuss the issues that were had so in good faith we paid our bill. Texting him afterwards and explaining our issues he never replied. I sent the pictures to him that we had a problem with. No respond. Texting the next day no response. The shining vehicle had a buggy windshield, tar still on the driver's side, the running boards were disgusting we were told from his workers they tired. I would think owner would call and say hey we can't get this tar off the running board. We never and still haven't heard anything from him. I ask for a 100.00 refund, and we have never had any response. Very disappointed with the pride that wasn't taken towards his quality of work. Customer service was nonresponsive. We were never at the point of pick up ask for a discount. As normal you are writing against my review and not try to contact us you are lying about trying to make it right and said we as for a discount. The discount was asked for after we got home and saw how much work there was to be done. People can see that you haven't replied to me with the conversation we are having over the internet. You should be contacting us and trying to make it right. So rude on how you are attacking us when we just paid our bill because that's what we were told. We did the right thing. Your employee was never bullied or talk rude to. I'm not sure why before I wrote this review is the first time I've heard anything from you and to come on here and lie. Wow. I'm surprised your still in business with a lack of professional you have attacking lying. You won't be in business long with the way you conduct your business they way you treated us. It will bite you eventually.

  Car was absolutely trashed, had been left sitting in Tennessee heat by my semi truck driver husband for several weeks while he was over the road. It was already dirty-no interior clean for about a year. Car got so hot that a Pepsi exploded sitting in the cup holder, was all over the ceiling, all the front windows, and was solidified in the cup holder itself, the seats and steering wheel, everything. They squeezed us in same day that I called, a few hours later car was absolutely immaculate. Worth every penny. Thank you so much!
