  Amazing and great. Spoke with John their Manager he was very helpful and respectful. Look forward to doing work with and for them. I also love how clean the building is. Great crew.

  Bought a set of tires. I wasn’t convinced I got the best tires for best price but every visit since then has been perfect. The employees are great.

  Went there for a plug on my tire. I scheduled an appointment. I called and asked how long it would take due to my father being on oxygen. They said 30-45 minutes. When I arrive they got the car back in a reasonable time. However, Jarod came telling me I need to replace the tires. He said they can fix the plug but could not guarantee it. I asked him to please fix it and let him know my dad is oxygen and it is limited. He said they shouldn’t be much longer. After over an hour I go up to another person and explained my dad is on oxygen and we need to go. He said they are just now starting to plug it. It will be about 10-15 more minutes. I was getting impatient. I asked if I could go ahead and pay so we can leave right away. They charged me almost $40 to plug a leak. Kind of overpriced but ok. I waiting another 30 minutes and finally got to leave. I felt that all they wanted to do it sell me tires and when I wouldn’t they took their time and don’t care that I needed to take my dad. I understand it is a business. However if you take care of the customer, they take care your business. We were very disappointed in the lack of concern or care. Just an dollar sign to them.

  This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with this store. Was there to get oil change and get 4 new tires. Made an appointment for 8:00 3 days prior. It was almost 2 hours before they started and that’s because my wife went and complained. Then they had problems locating all 4 tires. What should have been a 2-2.5 hour job turned into almost 4 hours. If they would have said we are a little short handed I could have dealt with but nothing was said at all. Because I had already been there for 4 hours I had to skip the alignment and try and make another appointment for that service. To make up for the poor service they did not charge me for the oil change and also gave me a coupon for the alignment for free to which I asked I thought that’s part of getting new tires. I was told they charge for that service now. At this point I am looking for another store to take my business to if i decide to go back.
