  Made an appointment to get all 4 of my tires changed. They cracked my rim cover/ plate and sent me home with a lug nut not on my tire because they didn’t want to damage the thread. (Yet didn’t let me know they cracked my rim cover) also they never have 4 tires for the cheaper option. I called the day before to ensure they had my tires in stock just to then tell me before I hand over my keys they only have 3 tires??? So instead of paying 59 dollars per tire I had to pay 71 dollars. The employees were nice but this because of the damage they did to my car I will no longer come to tire barn and I will tell others of my experience, and tell them to go else where.

  Called and asked about getting four new Copper tires put on my truck. Person on the phone said yes they have them on stock, great, on my way. Get there and tell them I wanted the Coppers and the said I'd have to wait a few days because they DIDN'T have them. I settle for some brand I've never heard of because I needed the tires due to damage to a tire currently on the car. Wait time was took way to long, maybe to all the horseplay going on in the shop. I found two lugs not completely on just by looking at them. Turns out they were double threaded. Run away people RUN AWAY

  Came in for 4 new tires and left with a grinding noise coming from my front right tire. The person working on my car had someone standing there talking to them everytime I looked over and they didn't like an employee. Couple of times there was some yelling and scream coming from the bay like kids playing around. I should of avoided this place after my last visit when they double threaded one of my lug nut and said I needed to be the one to replace it. Lesson learned I guess. Update. This morning on the way into work I noticed my car shaking at speeds over 45. Upon inspection I found two lug but not torque down properly with damage to the thread and there were NO weights to balance the tire.

  Patched my tire for free and was done in about 20 minutes from dropping off! I will definitely be using you for all my car needs!! Staff was kind, friendly and informative!
