  I had gotten tires earlier this year and was told of a few other maintenance items I might want to get done. No pressure and very honest about it. I ended up returning to get those items done along with a few other things. Got everything done at a very good price and my truck is now running like new.

  One would think a Tire Barn would be able to get an alignment done right the first time, wrong... head back to the shop let them know they didn't fix the alignment correctly... in fact made the alignment pull the opposite direction originally pulled, thier response well we can get it back on the rack in couple hours or so... customer service is lacking... not worth my time to argue. Do not recommend

  Had a terrible experience getting 4 new tires installed here. I called ahead to confirm stock, but after mounting 3 tires, they told me they lost the 4th and made me come back the next day. When I left, my steering wheel was covered in grease, and the car had a severe highway vibration that wasn't there before. I had to return multiple times for balancing (even asking for a road force balance), and the ride is still rough. Even worse, once I cleaned the car, I found deep gouges through the finish down to the bare metal on all four wheels from improper mounting handling. Every wheel also now has an absurd amount of wheel weights slapped on them. Avoid this place if you value your wheels and your time.

  Made my appointment for an emergency flat repair at 7:30am. Was met promptly at 7:27am. We we were leaving town for an 8 hour drive. Tire was repaired quickly and I was on my way within 30 minutes. This included taking off my spare and remounting repaired tire. Price was very reasonable!

  I had my brakes and rotors replaced. I had to come back a month later and get them replaced again due to improper installation the first time. When I came back the second time the woman at the front desk tried to say that my dad worked on my car and that’s why the brakes needed replaced again . I don’t even have a dad. I am having to get my brakes replaced again due to improper installation and going to a new shop because they seem to have an unreliable repairman. Save yourself the money and go somewhere that is honest and will fix it correctly the first time.
