  GREAT Rental service—no hassle. If you planned on getting a rental; though, be certain to have ENOUGH of FUNDS available for a security deposit of $400—more or less, depending on the TYPE of vehicle, etc and etc. They have professionals that are committed to your specific needs/request. I was particularly impressed with how efficient and effective the customer service was; in and out. They have professionals thst will walk you through the process tailored towards your specific needs.They refunded my money right away; right after i returned the car. Though it usually takes a few business days for funds to clear, however, you'll see a PENDING REFUND when you log into your bank account. They're HONEST. Yes. INTERGRITY MATTERS

  Avon, Indiana Poor service. Rude employee. Need 2 forms of proof of residence but won’t accept government issued proof. They don’t explain that to you before hand

  The representative was super. she knew her job and handled everything in a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable manner. I will use enterprise again. ( heck, I might even buy my next car from them).

  Enterprise did an excellent job with providing me with a very reliable vehicle to drive to my destination. I had a couple of issues with other vehicles but the corrected the issue promptly and gave me a discount on the provided vehicle upon return. Thank you Enterprise.
