  Today I came in to rent a car and had a very negative experience with Austin. I felt that I was being unfairly profiled, and I observed what appeared to be similar treatment toward another customer who came in after me. His behavior came across as unprofessional and disrespectful, which made me feel unwelcome. I believe this type of conduct reflects poorly on the company and does not represent the level of customer service that customers should expect.
