  Had an appointment to rotate my tires, Ryan came out and said wasnt neede that i was in good shape! Appreciated how they didnt just do the rotation they saved me $20. Best place to go for your tire needs!

  Real mechanics do not work here. They are mostly kids and very rude. Lazy and they didn’t want to do the alignment, said they couldn’t get the bolt loose. What a joke. Take your ride somewhere else and save yourself.

  It's my opinion that this bellatire. location is exceptionally dishonest. I had my idler pulley serpentine belt and alternator changed at another bellatire location in fort wayne not two weeks ago. That location did an excellent job . I live near alburn. This location is much closer . So I scheduled an appointment to have the water pump the radiator the power steering pump the breaks and 4 new tires installed . Because the other location impressed me with their service and their honesty. I drop it off saturday morning at 8Am .Two hours later, I get a phone call at 10.00 AM .I get a phone call from one of their employees. He states that it is against belatire's policy to work on diesel vehicles which is just complete B.S . We're talking a Ford excursion, a typical light truck vehicle, not a heavy duty truck . Show one of those two stores just lied to me. Don't know which one it was. I suspect it was the employees at the alburn location, that would make sense based on the the fact that the fort wayne store completed the work . That said, I am taking my business elsewhere . I despise dishonesty....

  Plan on anything taking 3 times longer than it should. Do not trust them when they say “yeah we can get that done on your lunch break, easily only 30 minutes.” After 30 minutes and no one else in the store, my vehicle was still not on a lift. Waste of my time. Unorganized and not trustworthy. Took 3.5 hrs when I bought new tires…waited 30 minutes for a brake inspection, but at 30 minutes my vehicle was still not on a lift, and a customer walked in, and they put his on a lift right away, so I left. Will not be back

  After paying for a year of alignments the first time I came back they told me they couldn't do it because I needed wheel bearings which I had already recently replaced. I took the car back to my mechanic. Had them double checked and the bearings were fine. Took my car to good year and got the alignment. I will never deal with belle tire again. It's a scam.
