I had made in an appointment for 3 p.m. July eighth so that I could get my wife's jeep in for tire going down and rotating. While it was in. We arrived at 2:40 PM. And we left the building at five p m. It was a struggle. But they got the job done. Seems like it could have been done better faster. I know it's a free service in people's eyes. But you really pay for it. When you buy the tires, so it is kind of disappointing

I have had 3 different vehicles aligned there over the last year and a half. Neither car was aligned properly and the manager argued with me about it. I ended up taking the first two cars to a different service shop to get it aligned properly. I tried them again last week. Hoping they had new people. I like the idea of their warranty and having alignments covered for a year. This last car has now been aligned two times and still pulls to the right and the steering wheel is cocked to the left. I have made an appointment at the Auburn store. Crossing my fingers.

Stopped in for a clogged evap drain. Now I understand I showed up out of the blue, but apparently their mechanic called off. They still took my service ticket. I sat there for an hour and a half when they finally told me that yep, the drain is plugged but they can't help me today. Fine. My problem is they lied. My truck was never looked at, I could see it from the waiting room the entire time, my truck was never started as confirmed by my vehicle app. Telling me right away you wouldn't be able to work on it would have been better. Because of the lying, I will never come back to this shop ever again. Don't bullshit your customers.

On 6/27/2026 I stopped in to get a screw removed from my rear tire of my jeep. Although they were obviously very busy, within a short amount of waiting, they were able to get me in without an appointment. While waiting I observed the establishment was very clean. Several minutes later I was advised the tire was fixed and they sent me on my way free of charge. I would definitely recommend this tire shop!!

I want to clarify that based on the conversation with personnel at the Angola, IN store, whom I’m taking at their word, my review should reflect upon Belle Tire’s corporate organization and is not an indictment of the Angola store’s staff, who are generally helpful, insightful, and professional. I received a quote for $792.34 for a specific repair job: parts totaled $390.04, labor total was $375.00 (estimated 2.5 hours at $150/hour), and sales tax of $27.30. I dropped my car off 15 minutes prior to its scheduled appointment at 9:00AM, and at 9:47AM I received a call informing me my car was done: wonderful news as the job took less than an hour, and I could get my vehicle back sooner than expected. The tough pill to swallow is that Belle Tire still charged me for 2.5 hours of labor at $150/hour, despite the job taking less than 1 hour. I was happy to concede 1 hour worth of labor, but at $150/hour, the superfluous $225 charge for labor that never occurred seems opportunistic, at best. – The result being that, from one perspective, I was overcharged by ~40% of what I should have been charged for what work took place. The Angola staff informed me that due to “Corporate Pricing/Process” they cannot revise the invoice price from the original quote. Furthermore, they stressed that should the job have taken longer than estimated or should they have had to spend more money on parts than estimated, they would have had to honor the estimate provided. However, they also confirmed that the estimate reasonably accounts for these risks. Given that the job took far less time than estimated, and that the store could have scheduled additional oil changes, tire installations, etc. (generated additional revenue that they otherwise would not have been able to realize if they were working on my car), I would have expected a reduction in labor charges. From a business practice perspective, kudos to Belle Tire for the additional cash generation from your estimating and invoicing process/practive which must be notable when extrapolated across your entire network of stores. Hopefully, our local mechanics, sales people, etc. whom you employ are the ones that benefit from this. From a customer perspective, this is a tough look. I would encourage Belle Tire to keep a customer-conscious focus to, perhaps, differentiate yourself in an industry (auto repair) that is plagued with the reputation (whether justly or unjustly so) of being opportunistic, dishonest, and exploitative.
