JOSEPH (assistant manager) took care of me right away, and JAKE installed premium Bosch wipers within minutes — all for a great price. Both were personable and efficient. Five stars, my friends!

- HHHeather HortonJul 15, 20261.0Sold us 4 tires for our trailer. Took well over 3 hours to do the work when they had multiple employees just sitting around in the shop. Less than 1.5 hours later, 1 tire is completely GONE, and the rim is trashed. When I called, the only advice they had was to take it to another Belle Tire in Ohio (because we are on a road trip) and "hopefully" they can come up with a solution. My entire family, along with everyone else traveling on the highway around us were put in danger by this tire that blew. UPDATE - when I called the store, I requested a refund for the tire. Whoever I spoke to told me that they had no way to authorize any sort of refund or credit. My 18 year old son called shortly after I did, and the store was much more willing to authorize a refund and work with him through this. The person he spoke to on the phone asked for pictures, and worked through authorizing a refund. I would not recommend this shop to any woman - obviously the staff is only willing to work with men. Extremely disappointing, but not surprising at all. Oh, and they should probably actually read and respond to their reviews rather than having an AI bot do it.
