  These folks in Anderson were awesome. I broke down on a road trip alone with my dog. Dropped the keys and note off night before on a Sunday. They called me 15 minutes after they opened Monday morning and had already diagnosed it exactly the way I reckoned. Price was more than fair for these inflated price times (I even double checked with my brother in the same biz who said their labor was lower than his and prices more than fair). They could have kept me waiting or over inflated the labor but didn't. They had my car up and running before the checkout tine of 11am at my hotel. They even let my dog in the shop while I paid for it. They were busy but got my car done immediately and I was back on the road to home. Friendly too which really means a lot to me. Highly recommend!! Thank you Belle Tire Automotive in Anderson, Indiana!

  We were in town for a very hard family emergency after traveling for 2 days and had a tire puncture. Tre helped us and sent us on our way with no charge which was a measly considering the circumstances. Thank you for everything.

  I’ve been to Belle Tire twice in the last year. First time I sat 3 hours and never got taken care of. The second time I was told 90 minutes for four tires and it took 3 hours. Plus I feel like I got scammed on a brake issue. Was told the brake calipers were bad and I could incur damage if they weren’t replaced. I think they just scared me into spending more money. The wait and the questionable brake issue are reasons why I’ll never use this business again.

  Waited 2 hours beyond my appt time just to get my vehicle looked at it. Spent 5 mins looking at it, tossed me my keys and said they can’t help me and wouldn’t offer any recommendations of places that could. Really disappointing experience.
