  Came across Tre this morning and told him I just wanted my tread depth measured. He was on it, and made conversation along the way. I was in a hurry and he recognized that and left it at he’s got some great specials going on right now. I really appreciated his candor and awareness to me not prepared to make a purchase today, and will certainly be back to hear those specials and buy.

  I called around to quote for tires and they gave me the best price. last week they lost three people but that has not stopped this hard-working crew!! rob, josh, and jordan, worked tirelessly to get everybody in the waiting room taken care of. I was there for a while, but I did not mind because the entire time I was there they did not stop working not even for a second. I am so thankful because I drive out of town and I need to have tires that I trust!

  Took my 2 mower tires to be serviced on a Friday at 9am. First tire (zero turn front tire) was immediately dedenied unless I had a tube. It had a small nail and they couldnt plug patch it. Second tire (zero turn rear tire) had a leak but couldn't be found. Rob at bell tire said they could fix this one and would call when its ready for pick up. Didn't receive a call Friday, Saturday, or Monday. I called Monday and they said it couldnt be fixed but never called. They never told me why it couldnt be fixed nor marked where it was leeking. It hold air for 4 days but leaks slowly. Tire is 2 months old, was installed by BellTire, and has leaked since day 1. After tire was installed I parked the mower for 4 days to find the rear tire flat and haven't even used it yet with the new tires (mowed yard before getting the new tires installed) Thanks,

  My wife purchased four new tires at the end of May, thinking they had a one year warranty. Aug 25 a flat tire occurred she returned to the same Belle tire store and was told the tire was defective and unrepairable. Then was informed these tires have zero warranty and she would be charged $200 for a replacement. Surely defective material should in this day and age. Needless to say we will not be using this business again.

  I have been a mechanic and shop manager for 25 years. Rob at belle tire is as unprofessional as they come. My lady has a company car. She had an appointment for 9 a.m. for an oil change. 1st big red flag. It'll be a few hours to change the oil. Whats the point of an appointment then? 2nd red flag. Rob failed to get my ladies phone number to contact her when the oil change was done. Rob insist because its a company car, it is impossible for belle tire to get the drivers info, like a phone number. Apparently the computer doesn't allow for this information. Thats a total lie. When I asked why he is taking her number on a scratch piece of paper and not inputting it in the system, Rob chose to have a horrible and nasty attitude. Rob chose the wrong automotive professional to lie to and be nasty with. We took the vehicle to firestone instead and were treated kindly and respectfully. Firestone will be getting a 5 star review. Belle tire, I'll tell everyone I know not to go to robs store.
