  Husband’s truck battery died in the Culver’s parking lot across the street. The guys came over after they were set to close to help jump the truck. We don’t live in Anderson, but I would drive back there to have our cars looked at by such kind people. They were more than happy to help troubleshoot and turned a very stressful situation into something comical. Great people, 10/10 would recommend.

  Very disappointed with the professionalism from this company will never use them again. We'll never vouch for them with family nor friends. People beware. The tires that I purchased knew did not last 20000 miles. So therefore, they are still under warranty for the 50000 mile warranty. And I was told to bring them in, so they can evaluate it, but they're going to evaluate it by the tread that was used. So they can discount up to 50% of the tires. But I will be paying for tires again. No matter what. Then, proceeds to tell me, he can book me in at 6 on Thursday. Cause they're open till eight on thursday. And that he can have me out of there by eight on thursday.

  Dropped a vehicle off for tire repair. When we received the invoice, it had the tire repair in it at no charge, but there was a charge for new windshield wipers that we did not ask for, nor did they ask for approval to put on! Left in the vehicle and the tire warning was still on. Put air in the tire and went back in to tell them. They said it was fixed and they had put the required amount of air in it. Got up the next day and the tire was almost flat! Took it somewhere else and the tire had not been repaired as they said, there were no Patches found in the tire, and it could not be repaired because the hole was in the side wall! Had to get a new tire!!! Beware of this place!!

  Edited to add: ended up waiting 6 hours. An hour from home, on the way to base, flat tire on the interstate. Told it would take 3 hours. Took 6. Waited 5 hours to even look at our tire. But don't worry, the 2 blond ladies that came in for their engine 3 hours after we got here - they were in and out in 2 hours (walk in, no appointment). Hmmmm a tire place can repair an engine in 2 hours, but can't look at a bolt in a tire for over 5 hours? I don't care if it's a "different department" - unacceptable. You're a tire place!! And when I asked why they were moved ahead of everyone, I was just told there's another tire shop down the road if I don't like it. Really???
