  Keith is very unfriendly. Told us a price and said it would fix my ac, then called back and said it would be an additional charge to complete more work. Why say flushing and dye would fix the problem if it wouldn’t? Then, when we expressed our concerns he was very dismissive and seemed not to care. Do not recommend him at all.

  Thing to watch out for, they will perform an alignment inspection. The alignment is extra.

  14 WEEKS ago Belle Tire Anderson, Indiana put 4 new tires (i know because I was upset made a FB post because i could NOT find the review to complain) Appointment at 10:30am for Tires. At 2:30, I come back to find out they hadn't even started my tires 4:30 was when they started i left around 6:15...CURRENT Thursday 6/18 low tire,goto Belle told me 4 hour wait - ya gotta get it fixed. The TIRE LIGHT was on (but the dude did not shut the car off - got out, she got in) she figured it needed to"reset" the car turned off with correct pressure would be good to go.. Friday 6/19 (tire light is on) 8 :10 am arrive and tell the counter dude, my tire sensor light is still on and he says we'll, you have 2 sensors that need fixed - OK ..probably, could have, should have, MENTIONED that YESTERDAY when I was there for over 4 hours....so I was there AGAIN TODAY for almost another 4 hours but the kicker is only one sesor had to be replace ONE Sensor -CLEARLY these mechanics are NOT paid per job but PER HOUR.....I have a warranty on these tires but I will not recommend or purchase tires from this company again

  this place needs to get it together. had an appointment at 8:00. I went up at 8:30 to ask. Why it handn't een back. the rob told me the guy didn't come in till 9:00 at 9:00. he wasn't there so I ended up leaving which he could have told me when I came in at 8:00 at 9:41. I just left they just kept making excuses. plus the place is extremely dirty. the restroom smelled like an outhouse and extremely dirty. actually the whole place is extremely dirty

  Generally you come to these places to fix your car not leave with it more messed up, bought new lugs only to find I can’t put them on because they cross threaded 8 of them, last time I came in for an alignment. I took it back they “fixed” it but left 2 of my old lugs on when I had purchased enough for all of my lug studs, so now I have to purchase another set just to have them all match, thanks for doing “quality” work. I’ll never give this place my business or anyone close to me a single recommendation. Might as well change your name to RNR tire or Tire barn because you guys are doing that quality of work now. They never called me back to make it right either.
