  The first car that we were offered was a mitsubishi eclipse. Unfortunately for somebody that's 6 foot, this car is too small, no headroom and not enough legroom. The next car was a Nissan Rogue. Beautiful vehicle, excellent legroom, excellent headroom. When you first get in the car, it seems okay because they have that spray that neutralizes odors. Unfortunately after driving an hour, you find out that the car is infused with cigarette smoke. The inside windshield was all smoke covered too. But you don't notice it until you're driving into the sun. We left some jackets in the car, not realizing that it was so full of smoke and now both of our jackets are infused with cigarette smoke. I realize an enterprise has a no smoking policy for their vehicles. Unfortunately, this is not enforced, leaving people with allergies or Asthma susceptible to many problems. The salesperson said that sometimes it smells like smoke because the people next door in the other businesses come outside to smoke. We needed to exchange this for another vehicle that doesn't have smoke infused into the interior. When we first called it seemed to be a problem. The sales person seemed very upset with us. We're not the smokers. Unfortunately, there are people that don't care if they smell up the car. We have many smoker friends, and none of them ever smoke in a car. Especially in somebody else's car or in somebody else's home. Why should we be punished with smoked in cars. Why did the salesperson think that we are being jerks, it seemed that he was upset with us. So far, our experience is not very good. In order to get a better choice, we needed to show up by 8 am otherwise the cars won't be available. They won't hold a car for you if you're coming in later. We were able to trade cars this morning and it was clean without odors. It is just something you should not need to do. We are happier now.

  I was involved in an accident that had my vehicle most likely considered a total loss. I received a call and confirm call from Matt at the Yorkville Enterprise. Matt told me he had a Mirage or a van for me and my family. I said the van would work for us. Upon arrival he tried to up-charge me for the van. He did not disclose that a rate increase would incur during the call. At this point, i decided to move my rental elsewhere. Upon return, I returned to this branch and asked for a ride back to Plano(town 5-6 miles away). The Branch manager Zach told me that “I may need to get a ride because he was unsure that it was within mile radius for drop off”. It was a bad look that at the time there were 4-5 people doing nothing but sitting there as he told me this. I would advise that this manager review the area he is servicing and be a bit more hospitable. It is a bad culture built by the manager over at this location. If possible I would rent at a different Enterprise.

  When I first got the car I had lost my driver's license and it just happened to be the DMV was open so the guy gave me a ride told me he'd be back to pick me up and as soon as I got in the DMV got it he was already gone and he actually came back right away to pick me up and get me serviced for running the car and then today when I went to pick it up he gave me a ride back over across the street got me checked out and everything was good to go and I like the service that they provided and the communication
