  Rented a Chrysler Pacifica. Got a Honda Odyssey. Not sure if one was bigger than the other but the Honda just barely fit our needs for a 6 day golf trip with 4 adults. Vehicle was not washed. Had Bugs all over the windshield and front of vehicle ( like it was driven 2,000 miles in farm country). Rear end made a loud, Humming noise the entire driving trip. Maintenance warnings illuminated the dash every time we started the vehicle and stayed on until you cleared them. Parts of the plastic trim was broken off on the passenger side seat that hid the wiring. They gave me $40 back for the condition of the vehicle. We have previously used another rental agency and decided to try Enterprise. Not a great first impression.

  I will definitely be renting from this Enterprise again if I ever need a car. Car was in optimal conditions, the pickup and drop-off of the car was also smooth. I was in and out each time within 10min. The staff are also friendly and easy to communicate with.

  I have rented from them twice now and I will definitely rent from them again plus I would recommend them to a friend.
